What you are saying about your cellphone is impossible. There's got to be a better explanation for that.

I called Sears 3 months ago for an estimate to replace my heat pump.
I never made any arrangements, I just wanted a ballpark figure. I didn't have time to make an appointment and take time off work to let them ont my home. I went into the local Sears store and a clerk came up to me, knew my name and asked if I had decided about HVAC. System. I recon they were tracking my celphone which I was carrying with me. . That freaked me out, cause I didn't know the clerk. Clerk wanted to make sure I gave the installers her contact code so she gets credit for selling the installation seevice. I'm done with Sears, & will turn off my phone if I ever go in there again.

I've told them repeatedly not to contact me by phone as it is distracting. I have a very responsible job and I cannot tolerate the constant interruptions. Just received yet another call, no message, from them today. I'm going to report them under Do Not Call.

Caller ID says "not provided."  Calls here daily.  Identifies self as Sears.  Want to send somebody out for heating and cooling.  Their business has not been doing well for years now.  No wonder.

Their calling me all-day long about a heat pump annoying

The Calls from 877-544-6393 just show toll free call and started 1/2/2013 and I get them every day 8am then maybe 9 pm then again in the pm. seconds later they call my cell phone. I see here the comments show they are Sears. Bought a new washer and Dryer, so will check paperwork. If it is them, they are like Home Depot who do these types of call as follow ups but don't show as their company's and they keep calling, unless you call the main store you were dealing with. Anyway now I have something to go on, I HOPE!

I believe this is Sears Home Improvement. After a large purchase for our home in December, I agreed to let them give me a home improvement quote for a specific area of our home. I was also very specific in telling them I would't be ready for a call until January. Instead, they immediately started calling not once, but multiple times a day for the next 2 weeks. I finally said, "Don't call me until January".  They called me at 7:54pm on January 2. I am extremely unhappy with them and even though the service we received from them on our purchase was good, I now doubt if I will allow them to give us a quote. This type of telemarketing, even requested, is not only rude but borders on harrassment.

Keep calling, STOP!!

They are calling me too

They keep calling me and have asked them to take my number off their list. Where did they get my number? I am on the do not call list ...guess that doesn't mean a thing to them.

continous calls with no message.  unknown caller id.  reported to phone company.
