Sent a car back to peugoet after 4 years. 2weeks later I get a bill of rms asking for 280.00 due to damage to the car . It was inspected on collection and was fine. So why now are they trying to get money out of me!!. They are acting on behalf of peugoet finances services to get more money as I vt my contract. They are very aggressive and rude and the last call I had to hang up phone as I got so worked up over the idiot on other end of phone. A very poor company which makes peugoet look bad to!!

Got called today on my cell phone which is a corporate phone and no message left. I called from my job phone and got a voice mail message from an agent McDonald from RMS services and to leave message. I hung up and reported phone number to our company's IT Dept.

I keep getting a call from this number on my cell.
I don't know it and they don't leave a message.

They call from a Multitude of Phone Numbers, (Just Like All the Other Debt Collectors or Telemarketers) if they wanted you to Know Who they are, they would display it - they know everyone has "Caller ID".

You can be Sure they are people who don't make sure it's a Valid debt or a valid person, they are probably just out of jail and can't obtain a job... of course they won't leave a message, who would call themm back anyway.  

Some Phone Companies have the feature fo  you to can BLOCK specific Phone #s.... or there are Phones that will BLOCK Numbers... check a Phone store... some have that feature.

RMS (Collection) - person could barely speak ENGLISH.... could not understand their speaking. Anywhoo, it's a wrong #, but, they keep calling. What type of Stupid people do they hire (the DREGS of the STREETS - they are not from a civilized society). They make No verification of who they are attemping to contact.

Normally, I never answer, unless I know who they are... it's a new invention "Caller ID", they could call from a Line that properly Identifies them, but, they try to disguise themselves... also Unknown or Unavailable... all the callers know what they are doing with their stupid strategy --- they think we are as STUPID as them... duh!!

RMS - they use Many different #s.  You can never Block your Call to a Toll Free Number, as they are Paying for you to call them.  That's why all collection agencies use Toll Free They Capture your Phone #, put in their DataBase and Hound You.  Yes, Sprint, Vonage, they specialize in Phone Companies, but, they operate under other names & do Collection work. They are @$$#0L3$.

Yes this call was from RMS.  However they were calling on behalf of VONAGE.   They said I owe $77 to Vonage.  I called Vonage and they apologised for the error and assured me that I won;t get any call again.   But the call is continuing ....!!  Hopefully they will stop once Vonage intimates them.

Debt collector named RMS. These are vulture collectors attempting to sucker people into paying out-of-date bills. They NEVER pay the original creditor. Their Better Business Bureau (BBB) record reflects poor business practices. Any payment to them is a waste of money-payments are NOT reflected on your credit record. Better approach is to demand they document the debt. Since they will not be able to do this, you will then be able to challenge any negative listing with the credit reporting bureaus who are required to delete unsubstantiated line items.

Such fun!  Someone called from the number above and asked if this was "company name".  I asked who she was.  She replied, "I'm calling from RMS".  Ok.  So I asked, perfectly logically, "Who is RMS"  She repeated her questions so I repeated mine. And then I heard, "Oh, Jeez..." and she hung up.

I urge you all to do the same.  Make these people open the window and jump.

They also collect for Vonage.  I owed $24 and they called me to collect it.  I missed the call and called the number back - gave them my number and she pulled up the account.  She was nice enough.  I didn't realize that I had a balance so I just paid it and called it a day.  I've dealt with worse.

If you receive calls, answer your phone, get "dead air" and then the phone hangs up, here's why: this company employs "auto dialers" which is a term for computer generated phone calls which reserve your line and, upon recognizing you are a human voice, transfer you to an operator. If all operators are busy, the call is dropped. This amounts to a kind of harassment and intimidation. Many elderly persons have complained of being woken from bed to take these scary, "dead air and hang up" calls. This kind of thing puts the elderly and infirm in fear for their safety. It must stop.
If you talk to an operator, Be sure they are calling for the right person. RMS is a sloppy record keeper, having as many as 25 or more numbers for a single account. The likelihood they have contacted the right person is exceedingly slim. This constitutes annoyance, disturbance and harassment.
If you talk to an operator and you are the correct respondent, do NOT supply personal information. They should have everything they need to conduct business before calling you. Do not supply additional numbers.  Do not confirm or deny any supposed debt. Do not correct any of their incorrect information or engage in any kind of argument with the representative.  Remain cool and professional and ask for everything in writing. If you do not at some point (times differ for certain states) receive written confirmation of your debt and they call again, ask to be removed from their list.

I have never had Sprint service.  I never answer unknown calls on my cell.

I keep getting calls asking for someone who does not live here.  Most of the time no one is on the other end when I answer.  Then a few minutes later they caIl again.  It is a vicious circle.  I ask them repeatedly to stop calling my number as I am not well and it hurts to get up to answer the phone.They are rude people I don't want to deal with.

I got a call from this number and asking for some person. They called from some collection receivable management. I dont know who are they. One lady talk to me, she is kind of rude.

I called to my mobile service provider, they said we need to block the number.

When i searched with this number, i found lot of people were got up as like me.

THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED SEVERAL TIMES DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR FALSE DEBT AND PEOPLE WE DO NOT KNOW. IT INTERRUPTS MY BUSINESS DAY AS MY PHONE IS BUSY WITH PEOPLE ORDERING. THIS IS A SCAM!! THEY ARE RUDE, TALK OVER YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO EXPLAIN IT IS NOT OUR DEBT. HORRIBLE METHODS AND NASTY PEOPLE. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FTC. I AM SURE THAT OTHERS  HAVE PAID BILLS THEY DO NOT OWE DUE TO THEIR RUTHLESS TACTICS. PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY AND FILL OUT A COMPLAINT ON THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WEB SITE.

All any of you have to do is keep a record. Record your conversation, keep them on line a long time - then cash in. Take your documents to any NACA lawyer and you win!!! What each and every one of you don't know is everything done to you is against the law. They (abusive debt collectors) don't want you to know that you can file in court against them. You will win EVERY time. They will always settle out of court for BIG bucks - often $1000 or more per violation. Just let them call, keep them on line, they will ALWAYS violate the law. They can?t help it ? they love to put their foot in their mouth ? so just let them.

Don't get mad - get even........every lawyer will scramble for your case IF you keep records of the calls.

Continually calling my phone. I have had this phone number for over a year, all of a sudden this number started calling and won't stop. I never answer thinking whoever it is they are calling they will eventually make contact with and realize they are calling the wrong number. It doesn't look as if they will ever stop calling.

Caller says he is from Verizon on voice mail and leaves a return tele number of 770-612-7656 and the name of Bob Green but caller ID shows 877-567-2620. I owe zero to Verizon.

I too was getting calls from 877-567-2620 and left another number to call.  I don't owe Sprint or Verizon any money nor do I have an account with them.  Looks like boas fraud phone calls

These creeps have been leaving messages on my phone machine since September. It's the same creep in the message (although he uses different names) telling me that I MUST contact them IMMEDIATELY because I've been "neglecting" their calls. NOT! If this is some creepy credit collection agency, they have the wrong person because I have A1 credit and no issues with anyone. I've had to tell I don't know how many credit collection people bugging me that they have the wrong number for the person they are looking for. They are suppose to remove my phone number from their list, but obviously they don't. I'm sick of this kind of stuff. How does one stop these creeps from calling an innocent person? This has been going on for several years. Apparently some dead beat is using my phone number.
