I answer they hang up.

I'm an employer and I received a voicemail asking me to call them so they would know where they could serve papers on one of my employees.     They left a message and gave me the call back number and case number.  I called the number back and the automated message identified the company as USC or it might have been UFC.   The voice wasn't clear.  The machine asked me to leave a message, but I chose not to.  I called later on and still got the message machine.   I just wanted them to know the employee they were asking about has not worked at my company in a couple of years.  

If the guy was still working for us I would have just hit delete.  I don't worry too much about my employees personal finances.  They're all grown ups and can handle their own problems.  I also know that no one is going to serve papers, or send out the police or anything like that.  If they're calling me, then they're also calling the employee so their is no need to pass along messages.

I just received a voicemail saying that Ms. Davis was with the process/summons division of her office and that she had an order to give me a court summons for two counts of check fraud and that I can contact the prosecuting attorney's office by calling this number and referring to a case number.

What a crock of crap.  No legitimate process server will call you, they will just serve you.  And I know of no prosecutors office with an 877 number.  These people are just bottom feeders.

These people have called my ex in laws, my family, and scared them saying I was going to be served with a warrant for a check, then when I called them they wanted me to Western Union money to "clear it up" These people need to be stopped for illegally giving false information about me!
