Please stop calling my house [removed]. Michaelitta doesn't live here, never has lived here and never will live here. I gave her your number and asked her to call and have my number removed, but obviously she didn't see the importance.  I do not want  her bill collectors calling my house. Her home number is [removed]. I am tired of getting her calls and you are not the first one.  But you just keep calling and calling and calling.  So STOP!!

Got a call from 877-618-3643 the number in my caller ID was 570-906-8327 ( a bad cell phone number) this is a bottom feeder debt collection agency looking for Francine K. Davis.  I received calls from another agency asking for this person about 4-years ago.  I stopped them with a 'Cease all Further Communication Letter.'  Have not heard from anyone else untill today.  Apparently, they like to hide like a pack of hungry rats huddled in a dark corner.  They do not identify themselves.  They provide a phone number no one can reach.  If they call you hang up before they finish their message.

Let's shine some light on these rats in the corner.  Every time they call, put a message here, and identify them if you can.

This is irritating and bogus.  Get these calls two or three times a week.  Time to STOP!!!

FMS is being investigated by the Maryland AG's civil division for conduct collection in a deceptive manner.  In my case, on the wrong person.

I strongly suspect Jo's message is from a collection agent.

The automated message at 8776183643 is a number log.   Don't call back.  They are just fishing, once you have called and get the automated message, they know they have your attention.  They will then have a person call you from another number.  It is fun and free to call the number with Skype, mute the line and go to bed.  Skype uses a local unused call out number.  The next day their collectors will try to call that number back with no luck.

Or call the 877 number lots of time.  Skype uses a lot of local call out numbers so their logs will show call in attempts that are not valid.  This creates confusion for them.

I was having the same problem with them calling everyday for someone who didn't live there. I called FMS Financial Services at 866-296-7954 and they said "Am I speaking with Deborah Fenstermaker?" I said, "No, that's the problem!" She said, I'll take you off the list and make sure you never get another call from us. Took about a minute, so definitely call their number!

Im getting calles for a Marcos something..been getting them every day for a few weeks. I finally called the number back as well and got the message that the voicemail box is full..

BUT if you are bored and want to listen to other people who did get a chance to leave a message..Call 877-618-3643 and when it says the mailbox is full..press the star * key then enter the password 1111 and you can listen to the messages. I wonder what genius set that passcode..lol

Rcv'd a call from 877-618-7963. Man claiming to be Torrice from AT & T asked for my e-mail address so he could send me a "bill dispute receipt".  What was odd was that just a few days earlier, I HAD disputed a  fraudulent charge that appeared on my AT & T statement from a company by the name of ILD Telecommunications Inc.  These two scams seem to be connected somehow.  Make sure to check your phone bills for unauthorized charges if you return a call to this number!!

The caller id shows all 0's but they leave this number.  When you call it to get your name off the list it's a non-working number.

I bought a brand new pre-paid cell phone and before I'd told anyone else my phone number (only five people have it and most people don't even know I own a cell phone) I got this message asking me to call 877-618-3643 if I am NOT someone with the last name of Johnson or something similar.  I thought cell phone numbers were private!  How would this organization get my brand new cell phone number?  Because of that, I figured this has to be a scam and so I ignored it.  I called the 877 number to see who would answer and it was an automated message asking me to leave information.  I just hung up.  This has nothing to do with me so I ignored it.  I didn't get any more calls -- not yet, anyway.

If they are hiding behind a phony all 0's spoofed caller id as some posts have indicated, then they are certainly not legitimate.

DOLORES what exactly did you resolve with them?  Was it a payday loan or something like that?  Did they call and tell you about a court summon?  Need to know since I got a call.

I got a call from 877-599-8744 as well sayin they had a claim for someone with my name, but wrong birthdate and bank. They said I had a payday loan out (Ive never taken one of those out) and owed them money and were saying i would have a warrant out for me. I googled the payday loan company they mentioned and the website said there were many scams to collect money "on behalf of their company" and to alert the Federal Trade Commision, which I did.

They are a collection agency. Rubin & Yates out of Buffalo, NY area, it is a scam dont answer any of the calls. that what the attorney general told me.

Continually get voicemail messages from 843-536-4779 with the same schtick as everyone else. They ask for Audriel Jewel (who I have never heard of and is not even close to my name) and tell me I have to call them back at 877-618-3643 if it is not me. I ignored them for months, but finally called the number back that called me and told the woman the calls better stop. She politely said she put my number on the 'do not call list'. I informed her that my numbers are already on the National Do Not Call list and if I get another call from them I will be reporting them. We'll see if they stop calling.

A bill collecting agency looking for a "Nancy Robbins".  They tell ME that if I am not Nancy Robbins to hang up and call THEM to remove my number.  I have called.  They ask for the time and date that THEY left a message?  This is unbelievable.  I am SICK of this place calling, trying to get my number removed (because I am not, have never heard of, and do not KNOW a "Nancy Robbins".  This place needs to be stopped.  They put the responsibility on innocent parties to give THEM information and then threaten us via a message saying that if we do NOT hang up (which you cannot do when it is voicemail) that they will ASSUME that they have reached the correct party and continue to harrass?  These people need to be reported, told to stop these methods, or something.

Mine is Lisa Johnson and they call me at that 00000000 number and it's so annoying!!  I wish I could block it!  I too have tried to call the number they asked so I can remove my name and I get lost in ivr hell.

I get calls from the same number asking for a different person - my predecessor at my current job.  I think it's a collections agency.  Same deal; tried calling the opt-out number and the mailbox is full, there's no operator.

Hi, I get the same thing, everyday! Call from 000000000 on the caller id, and when I call back 877-618-3643 to tell them I am not that person and I get a full mailbox for extention 2532 I believe.... so I wait for the "attendant" as directed and they never show up... so then I even have tried several times to leave messages on extension 2534 just to see if I get anywhere, nope, still calling me everyday, it's super annoying and should be considered harassment! Next I'm trying the Better Business Bureau.
