THIS PLACE CALLS CONSTANTLY AND THREATENS TO ARREST ME .. ETC CHARGES?..THEY SAY THEIR GONNA SERVE ME BUT TODATE HAVENT...

On Sept 19th, they called me from a restricted number stating they need to serve me papers for claims that were brought against me.  She told me to call the firm at 1-877-628-6897.  When I called the guy said "he was coming to get me".  About an hour later I got a call from restricted number again & I gave her my address and told her to "come get me".    I was home all day and never got served.  Now today I get a call again from restricted number stating the same thing.  I kept hanging up on her and she kept calling back.  She called me back 5 times.  This is harrassment and their business practices are very illegal.  I encourage everyone to report them to the FTC.  They are impersonating legal representatives and using threatening strong arm tactics and call multiple times which are all against the fair debt collection laws.

I came into work this morning and had 2 voice mails on the answering machine from the same michelle lady telling me that I have been officially notified and that i should be getting arrested at work soon.. Are these people serious, I reported the number to my local police station since they threatened me and my family. I wish there was a way to put an end to this company.

Get a call blocker and block their numbers. I see no reason why you should answer your phone and get abused by a bunch of cowards.

Report them to the FTC, FCC, FBI, your attorney general etc. www.ftc.gov, www.fcc.gov, www.fbi.gov.

I just got the same call at my work. I called the number back and they claim i have 5 days to pay 440.00 or they are coming to arrest me at work.

These people are out of control.. They call my cell phone and my place of employeement stating i have charges and claims against my name.. They threated my life, the life of my husband and the family dog. I called authorities and reported the number, but there really isnt anything they can do. Any other ideas how to put an end to this harrassment..

glad to know i wasn't the only one o ge this call. They said charges were brought against  me for a payday loan and they needed to verfiy an address to send paper work. when I called the number after hours I got National and they had a group voicemail. I filed a police report just in case.

please stop calling my self and my family members, i have contacted authorites and gave them your number. each call i get i am to call them with time and date.

Same thing I also received call from these poepole harass me and tell me if I pay $700.00 everthing will wipe off.  Whata scam.

recieved call from this number trying to harass me. wants lots of information but will not tell you what its about only to say you have been served.

I was checking my messages and this really loud man was speaking with brash tones saying that there were charges and a claim against (name not clear).  It gave a claim number so I called.  All that I got was "Thank you for calling "National".  If you know your party's ex. number please dial it now.  If not, dial 03 for the next available agent.  All phone calls may be recorded.  So I dialed 03 and all I got was the same message over and over again.  Who are these people?  I know neither my husband nor I have any charges and no claims against us.  Do they just call numbers hoping to get a return call?  Maybe it is other people giving random numbers so that whatever they are doing will not come back on them.  I know I am sick of these type calls.  It happens to often and they call with names not associated with this family.

Got a call from a private caller saying his name was Anthony Scott. Trying to reach my boyfriend even called his work. To contact this number and gave me a claim number with it, that he had charges and claims against him.

Looking for a Willie Willams and talking really ugly and theatening.

They called my parents asking for my husbands brothers ex wife. What the heck?! The lady screamed the whole time.
