These people are very annoying.  Like you said you can barely understand them and then when they make their unconvincing idle threats about an attorney and the police and going behind the bars it becomes less convincing because they obviously do not know our laws here in America.  First you must produce proof paperwork of money owed before you can get it to an attorney.  Secondly, no police will come out to arrest you or as they say put you behind the bars without a criminal case pending or evidence.  Lastly their information and dates are completely unvconvincing.  So I said they are the ones who will ultimately be placed behind the bars for being uneducated crimininals.  All I can say is good luck to all you scammers as the situation starts to unfold on you.

I received a call from a Hazel Fox (very hard to understand) said that my case was about to go before "legal" and that I resolve this by sending a set amount of money.  I asked to see something in writting and she said they have nothing in  writting until money is sent.

As many of you have stated, a call from a group that says I owe them money. No I don't. I told them if they called again I would hunt them down and the consequences would suck.

I have received numerous threats via voice mail as well as at work and on my cellphone. To avoid this I attempted to resolve this unknown debt by breaking it down into payments $108.00 and then another payment of $250.00, which I was advised to sent a letter stating I would not fight this debt and I would pay it in full using my visa debt card with a copy of my driver's license. I also advised after the first payment with the representative named Raymond Scott to no longer contact me at work, for my next and last payment to contact me on cellphone on the date of the last payment someone named Henry Scott contacted me I thought that was a bit weird being as though my office number was to be removed on the first payment on 11/17/2010. I asked for the original loan application and was advised if I would like this then we will need to proceed with court. I've already reached out to an attorney to file a harassment suite. When Raymond originally contacted me he stated he was calling from Marlow and Associated I contacted them gave my name social and address to only find out that they knew nothing of me or any debts that I may owe. It's unethical to contact someone under false pretenses as well as false information. If this is a debt I in fact owe I have no problem paying it, but why wouldn't you email or give someone the loan information that they are paying off for example the date the loan was given the amount, as to date I've paid off a loan that I have no idea as to what it is, just so I can avoid the harassment and work.

I got a message on my phone today from this # stating that i need to call back because i have a legal action against my social.This calls are very annoying. I have received several calls like this and every time they change the #.This really hasd to stop.

Stated he would send that info after I sent my debit card info..I live alone and the last call they were able to made the caller ID say my work number..that really scares me.  threatening me. This people started calling me a few months ago.  Same threats as the rest of you...I owe $350 that was deposited into my BOA account for a cash advance from US Cash Advance.  The same guy calls everytime and gives a different name everytime.  The worst part is that he has all my information..name, SS#, bank account info (which is now closed), but they refused to give me any information in writing as to who they are or on the actual loan.  I reported it to the FBI, called my local State Attorney's office, reported it to the FTC and told them in one of the phones calls that I had reported them.  The calls stopped!

This weekend they started calling again.  They called my cell as if it was my place of employment asking my employer to hav eme call them.  At the end of the message he says that if my employer doesn't get me to call, then they are gonna become part of the "legal matter" as well.  Not only that, but now they are calling my sister as well trying to get to me and she is freaked out.  I'm not going to call them back this time.  I've put their # on my cell phone reject list and my sister did the same.  I will report them again to all the agencies I possibly can and wait and see how long it takes them to start calling again.  These people really need to be stopped.  They are scammers trying to see who caves to their threats and lies!!!

I got a call from this officer man with an accent stating that I owe somebody some money and for me to call him right way. Before something happens to me and it's not good. He left the phone as 877-630-0963 but . There was a call on my cell phone which was just 0000 . This really needs to be stopped.

i agree...i got this threatening call as well, they were speaking as if they were from east jablip...i couldn't understand a word except the fact that they want my ssn and employment info....i called the number back and left a dirty message...what is it with these damned foreigners?

Got a call from a different number but still the same people. 800-955-9730. They have been a thorn in my side for the last year. You would think they would get tired and leave me alone. I have tried being nice and asking them to stop. I have yelled at them, I have cursed at them, I have filed police reports, I have even thrown personal insults at them (only reaction was one of them telling me his mom and dad were not brother and sister, kept him engaged for about 5 minutes). At best they leave me alone for a couple months. Tonight I called again and again until they finally took the above number off line and sent to some bogus voice mail.

OMG!!!  I have had it with them.  All I could do is laugh at them.  I informed them to send me something in writing and until this day I have not received anything.  It has been a year that they have been harrassing me.

I received a vm from this # on 11/24/10.  The caller,who said his name was Nathan (?) also had a very thick middle eastern accent.  He had my name and my daughter's name and said my daughter was involved in some legal matter and I was listed as a reference.  When I called back, he asked me who I was and if I was calling from the # I was called on. I didn't answer but asked who he was what was the legal matter. He said Nick called me and again asked if I was my daughter. He also said he was calling from Legal Meds (?) I think but it was very hard to understand him. After I asked him again who he was, he hung up. He hasn't called back and it was helpful to see the other posts on this so that I know it was a scam.

Just so you know, the company that calls with 877-630-0693 as the number to call back at is indeed a scam.  They are calling from overseas using a VOIP system and can make it look like they are calling from just about any U.S. number or in some cases it just comes up on caller ID as "0000".  Messages they leave will sound fairly threatening and urgent and the man or woman is usually speaking with a noticeable accent.  One tell tale sign of the scam is their use of the statement "if you do not return this message then all I can do is wish you good luck as the circumstances unfold on you."

If, for some reason, they do actually get you on the phone, do not give them anything and don't confirm or deny anything.  They may or may not have your SSN and perhaps some other personal information to sound legitimate, but they actually got their data from some sort of list that was sold to them from a disreputable credit / loan company several years back.  You are not in trouble and in all honesty, they are more annoying than anything.

Had our attorney investigate this since we were getting a call on a compny line for a person that doesn't exist in our 10 person organization, in fact, it was next to impossible to understand what they were saying.  Apparently this stems back to some health insurance list as if someone was shopping for health insurance, also one of the calls said their legal department was owed something...all in all, a scam.  We made a call back to the number that was left in our general mailbox and I think the person on the other side was about to have a heart attack because our conference room is a private line...apparently they could see this...we fell over in laughter.

I recieved this call the caller identified themselves as Kevin Smith with a strong East Indian accent. He stated that he was with Morgan and something Attorneys office ( I could not make out the last portion for the title) He told me that he has not heard from my daughter and if she does not respond by a specified time, she will have legal action taken against her. This includes myself as she has listed me as a reference. This is not the first time that this person has called, he tries to clearly state the issue, yet he still managed to mumble the last portion of the company that he supposedly work for.

Per your statement that I posted below, tells me that your professional skills are seriously lacking. Your request for our documentation without providing who you really are is unprofessional and definetly a sign that you are operating under illegal parameters. I KEEP RECIEVING PHONE CALLS FROM 877-630-0693..THE SAY THAT I OWE THEM $14,000 FOR STUDENT LOAND, BUTMY STUDENT LOANS HAVE BEEN PAID FOR 2 1/2 YEARS ALREADY. THEY ARE VERY ANNOYING AND CALLED MY PLACE OF WORK AS WELL. NOW THEY ARE CALLING MY MOTHER AND SHE IS SICK AND TIREDE OF IT AS WELL. WHAT DO I DO.. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS REAL UNTIL I LOOKED IT UP ON THE INTERNET..I GET CALLS EVERYDAY ALL DAY.....

This guy has used every line on me that has been stated above. He also told me to go back to my country which I am in and he called my place of employment about 20 times in about 10 minutes.

I just received a call of this nature and I am not taking them on because I know it is a scam. These people previously had other numbers they called from but too lengthy to mention and also I made a formal report to the Attorney General for my State and they did follow up with the necessary paper work in the mail and I was advised it indeed a scam and if I do receive they type of messages to ignore it totally.  IT IS A SCAM.
