Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Today, I received the same exact message from a Peter Clark from Nationwide Processor Service, demanding me to call 877-699-0536.  Somehow they got my daughter's number and they called her asking for ME.  She figured it was a scam when she questioned what was it in reference to but they refused to give it to her.  When they asked her for a number to contact me she gave them a disconnected number.  I've reported this number to FCC Do-Not-Call in hopes that will stop them.

ANOTHER SCAM.  If someone wanted to serve you with papers, they would not leave a recorded message on your phone, they would simply serve the papers.  When someone calls you and wants you to verbally verify your social security #, beware!!!
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
A reputable company does not answer the phone "can I help you?" or "Arbitration Department".

I got that same exact call. I actually have Nationwide Insurance and it worried me. I checked and Nationwide has the first 6 numbers the same as the bogus caller.
Scammer =877-669-0536

I received the same message as you all from this number.  It is a scam.  Claim to be trying to deliver court documents and if you don't call back then you will be legally charged by county clerk.   I called back and then they called again the next day.  We aren't answering the phone.  But based on both this number and the other number responses, they are looking for SSN and as much information about you as they can get.  Two numbers this one (877) 669-0536 and (877)497-0945.  Don't give anyone your personal information ever!!!  I contacted the local police department and they are hearing more and more of this.  The person could be in another country using toll free numbers here in the states.  Sadly, probably no way to catch them, but the more we all report the numbers on this site the more people are aware.  They scam thousands of dollars out of people and especially our elder community.   Main caller is Peter Clark on the first message, he sounds very convincing.  Claims he is from Nationwide Processor Service....

Received same message. I am 74 yrs old and usually don't answer calls from unknown numbers but I was in my kitchen and that phone does not show incoming call numbers. I was really POd about the message and pressed 1 as directed........I was determined to have my say! When they asked for an "unknown" person, I let them have it with every response except the one they wanted. Told them if I knew the person, they would be the last one I would tell. Told them they should be put in jail for calling and leaving the message they left.......got my fill and hung up!
