I called wanting to to cancel.  Yes, I did order in October, yes they did verify that I did order.  I was totally unaware and misleaded of the advertisment I was purchasing.  It sounded to be alot bigger and better than what actually was just sent out to me.  Jennifer said that since it had been past 30 days she could only give me a in house credit.  I told her that if I only had 30 days to cancel that I should have received something long before Jan. 20th to approve.  I did not want a house credit due to I would not purchase any more advertising from them.  We argued.. I told her I'd just do a credit card dispute with the credit card company.  I also told her I wanted something sent to me with the 30 day cancellation and she stated it was all a verbal over the phone.  She could not give it to me but would give it to the credit card company.  She hung up on me, I tried to call her back and she won't accept my calls.  I did infact dispute it with the credit card company.
