These bottom feeders ate collecting on Payday Loans. I got a message from them off an old phone of my wife. People they are payday loans. They are not credit based and DO NOT affect your credit. They are not procrss servers it is a scare tactic (Texas has caught on to this scam) If they call you just laugh at them and tell them to sue you. They won't because they buy these accounts from debt brokers for pennies on the dollar and it would cost them way yo much to do so. If this company calls you get the name of the person you talk yo(get their REAL name, these bums use aliases) and contact a collections attorney. They violate more FDCPA laws than I can count. Sue the s*** out of them

And I will send a payment to a website that list only a PO BOX??? Good try scammer.. as normal they use like names of other legit companies.. I would not trust them unless you get a physical address that can be searched. further search shows no other info but the website.  Also they even state the following:

United Compliance Services, LLC is a company that ?buys debt? that is owed to creditors

Funny how "buys debt" is in quotes .. is that because it is not a true debt?

They even state they will sue you if you ignore them. If they are debt collectors they can not sue you ..they can refer them to an attorney but can not threaten you and they are doing that on their website.

Hey, I also replied to the person you replied to. These people are breaking the law and they are scamming. Do not pay them a cent. If you owe money to them tell them to send you what you owe, in writing, if they say they cant, then tell them to come serve you papers. They wont, because if they were on the up and up they would have already served you. Its a scam period. Do not be afraid of them, Report them! Dont pay someone to report them, report them to the attorney general and look up how to report them to the proper authorities.

Yes but they should not be calling your friends and family and threatening you through them nor should they be telling the people they call about why they are calling.  They told my family that I had fraudulent checks......that they were investigating...if it is a debt collectors they should just be straight up about it, tell you your options and then it is your decision as to what you want to do and suffer consequences, if any.

Called the company and sat through the jibber jabber. Turns out the number is for a Collection Agency named UCS ( United Compliance Services) they are a collection agency that is located out of  New York. Usually to resolve matters of unpaid loans, payday advances that were not repiad, ect.  I was fortunate enough to know my x took a loan out in my name before we divorced and it was never repaid. They try to contact you to set up payment info to make payments to resolve it instead of it going to court and you getting a suprise garnishment on your check every month. The ammount I owed was just about $750.00 ( OMG!!)  But the gentleman I spoke with told me he would close the case and resolve it for me if I could make 3 payments of just around $124.00. Just around half of the original amount due. I took that option instead.  So granted they may be pushy but its for a good reason. Give them a moment of your time and they might cut you a break and stop calling you. They did it for me :D THANK GOD.  ( And for those of you that are wondering, I did call the company the loan was taken out through... they confirmed all the info. These people are Legit)  So yeah... just a load of bill collectors doing their job.  Hope this helps :)

Just received a message on my home phone and cell phone telling me that I have been officially notified...not sure of what.  Gave a case number and told me I need to meet with them to accept a "Waiver of Service"...HUH???  Been through this before with some people in India...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM.  If they are a process server it would be done locally, they WILL NOT call you to tell you they are coming. This guy said his name was John Green.  If these people spent half their energy and time into finding and working at a legit job, they would probably make a lot more money, and be happier for it.  LOSERS

Got call from "Mike Schmitt" who said he had tried calling me all day.  He has papers that he needs to arrange a place to meet and give them to me.  That's creepy.  No way will I meet a stranger.  At the police station is the address I would give him.  Gave a reference number and the 877-698-2250 number to call back and ended the call with "I have officially been notified."  Of what?  Called the number and got a generic message that was not his voice.  Very disturbing.

This number calls all the time. Comes from a blocked number. The ask about my former roomate and how they are trying to contact her. As far as I know, she has paid off all her pay day loans and everything else. The whole thing seems very weird. So I will just ignore them.

When this person called with a blocked number, I didn't pick up, and they left a message saying their name was "Tim White", and that my husband's name had come up "several times" in some "case files" in a complaint filed by someone name Johnathan McWilliams. This is someone that neither me or my husband has ever heard of, or known. It was an incredibly threatening, disturbing message, so I don't know if it's just some bored jerk who goes around making these calls, or what. The number they left for me to call back was 877 698 2250, but when I returned the call, the phone number was unavailable/disconnected. Very, very fishy.

This number is assigned to level3communications, but is answered UCS. It is always referenced in a call from an unknown number and leaves a misleading message referring 877-698-2250 as the call back number. Caller states he has called several times (3x) and claims to have "official" documents he needs to serve me with. Then wants a call back, at referenced number, to schedule a time and place to meet. At close of message he states that, "you have been officially notified".

I got countless calls from Tom davis ext 301 saying I owe a company money and they are going to take me court if I dont pay them money In the next couple of weeks. He is calling my parents and family threating them to find me, how did these people get my info? Is this a real company?

Man named Sean has called a few times from a private number, but leaving this number and ext 308. Stating that he needs me to call back & verify that my contact information is correct so that I receive all documentation as "this matter moves forward".  I dont know whom these people are, they have my name correct- only they are using my maiden name, not my married name.  I believe they also contacted a relative. Who are these people??

Recieved a call from this number. Caller states his name is nick with the offices of ucs..who are these people?

Stop all calls from this number to my personal numbers as well as business numbers.
