My caller was Renata, 877-718-1400 ext 1013 and booking dept 800-566-8281. Took the $99 deposit, and gave me those ph#'s. I searched the Internet and found hundreds of complaints! I literally called her back 5 minutes later and told her to cancel and NOT charge my credit card. She put me on hold a long time! Then came on and said Quality Control will call me back.. Never did, and got an email they charged my card an hour or two After I told her not to! I have called and called both numbers and now just get answering machines! Livid.

I got the exact message from the SAME person and same extension number. The caller ID says "Grand Incentives." and gives the 941...number. "Scott Medina" gave the 877...number. This call sounded like a bill collector and it makes me MORE than furious that this guy wanted to call about MY "account." Glad to find out here that this isn't a legit company.

These scammers called. How do we make them stop!

I let my answering machine answer and ask who is calling and leave a number if you want to speak to me-- The phone number that call my phone was 1 941 914 9360 - per the phone company, this is not a real company and they use it so you do not know their number.  The phone company says they can not block these 900 numbers.
 The Scott Matina that left me a message -- I need to talk to you about your account.  the number he left was 877 718 1400  ext 1153

A call from this number was on my VMail today.  Very ominous sounding.  Female caller said she was calling about my account and it was very important I get back to her immediately.  Instead, I checked the number on my computer and found this forum.  I will not be returning the call.

I got a call from this woman today, saying she work for Coast to Coast, and my account is going to expire soon. She say I still have $350 in my account, and I can resell my account to have a refund back to my credit card.  I ask for her about my info, and she sure did gave me all my info (which I don't know where she got all these).  She say my account was created in 2007, and also gave me the date and time of it, lol.  And right after the phone called,  I got email send from them.

My mom is getting harassed by these scammers as well. Same spiel about the $3000.00 in equity etc. They are very rude and implement bully tactics. For example they told my mom she is 'stupid' for not 'renewing', and that her account will expire in 24 hours --which magically morphed into about 800 hours and counting. Not sure how they got her name and number, but probably through some cruise tickets purchased online a couple of years ago. Not sure if it was Cheaptrips or not, but it probably was, as this seems to be where these scammers are getting names and numbers.  My mom has dementia, which they know about, and they keep calling her. I've called them personally to cease and desist, but they persist. Very annoying.

the guy that called us..said he was from grand incentive...Who is he really? Does he work for Coast to Coast, and wanted our fees, is he legitate or what?

Adam McDonald, Sr Acct Manager claims I signed up for Cheap Travel Tickets in September of 2004 and Coast to Coast has now bought acct. and I have $3,000 in a "Member Acct." that they're eager to re-issue . . . very time sensitive".  Called my work number . . . what a crock!

Continues to call saying he has $3000.00 in my account and free "Cheap Tickets" account.
Also uses the tel#  1 941 914 9360.

I have received several calls advising that I had $3000 in an account for me and free airline tickets.
Each time they call, they repeat that the account will be deleated in 24 hre I need to call right away to
collect the money....

I received this information about the caller from another person who answered the phone call.
Coast to Coast needed to be called right away...$3000 equity in travel about to expire.  Haven't called yet.
