This company won't say who they are and do not sound professional. The man who was supposedly in charge of my "case" identified himself as Mr. Riley. They also send and leave messages saying that they are a mediation company between "the defendant" and Check Systems. These people call constantly and keep trying to get me to pay for something that I did not do on some Loan.com site that I have not been to. They claimed I owed more than 2000 USD.

No matter how many times I asked what their company name was, they kept avoiding the question. When I said I wanted to dispute the case, they hung up on me.

Scammers have started calling again wish they find a job. Trying to intimidate me. Called on one phone number and have you call back on another. Phone number shows as scammers. Do not call the number

they are robo calls so your number is probably in a database. ignore and dont call back. once you answer them they will continue to call so they can intimidate you into paying for some payday loan that you do not owe. i have reported to FTC but they say to ignore because they are scammers.
Dont even as for my name.  Calls had stopped and now starting.  They dont give up.

check systems left a message to resolve a matter. 877-722-3660.  the phone calls had stopped and now starting again.  so tired of these people.  they have called me for about two years on and off.  Is a scam.  ignore.  just letting everyone know so you dont call back.  Is a recording.  A legitimate company will leave you a personal message without giving you the reason.  It is illegal to say that this is a legal matter.  When will the calls stop, probably never as they are robo calls.  another number is 866-901-3324 - ACS Legal, another scam company.  I reported to the FTC and they stated that it is a scam and they cannot find them in the registry.  

Same message as above.  I do not believe reporting works.  One would think that the government would finally find a way to stop this.  It is an old scam trying to frighten people into sending money to people who want to take money from working people.  The first time I called my bank and was told not to answer or return the call. The caller id lists 855-245-0089 but the message states to call 877-722-3660.

Does anyone know who this company is?

I keep getting this call from Check Systems. They leave a voice mail  Says they are required to give m one last chance to resolve an issue to call immediately.  I have never taken the call or called back.  As I see from google this is a scam of some sort.

Check system is a scam... The "real" company is chexsystems... Also the attorney General for my county says beware 877 numbers, probably not legitimate company numbers... (Should be 800 or 866) May even be toll numbers.

After calling several several times, they now threaten me with I have one final time to call them then if not legal proceedings will start, I have never gotten any paper work plus they deal with a company that does not have an license to work in my state per attorney general.

This number keep calling and say no name only it's a check system matter!!?  But went they call don't say name or who they need to talk.
