THE MESSAGE ALSO SAID TO USE CIDE CHX398G. MY HUSBAND WAS NOT BY HIS PHONE HE JUST SAW THAT HE HAD A TEXT MESSAGE.

Wow. These scammers sure do use a lot of different numbers.
The card is free but you have to give them a credit card number to pay a small shipping charge. Or maybe the card number is just to prove you are you. The scammers then take your card number and start spending your money, often several thousand dollars before you realize what is happening.
You never get the card. And the scammers move so fast they never get caught,
