Ya the Job is to stand in front of Grocery stores,Walmart,or any store with a flow of traffic. Then during the year they sell "Keep your children safe" kits and other things with hefty price tags so they can make a large marginal profit off of unknowing people. Toys for tots is just as they say except one catch you have to buy one of their over inflated toys. They will gloat about people writing checks for thousands of dollars an how much of the profit the get to keep. Trust me you dont want to work for this company.

I too keep getting emails from this company. The thing is...I have NEVER submitted a resume. I bet these girls have no idea and are duped as well!
Scam Buster 2009-01-10 20:51:24 Unknown
Why don't you mention the door to door selling in your ad? Don't preach about just doing someone a favor. Your company is a multi level marketing scam! When you grow up and move out of your parents house you will know that!! This "company" has been featured on rip off report.com
Scam Buster 2009-01-10 20:36:13 Unknown
Jamie was once an employee at this company and it shows. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TACKY BROAD!! MUCH LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
Scam Buster 2009-01-10 20:34:52 Unknown
They company is a joke. Door to Door sales is not a legitimate marketing position. BTW this company doesnt list an address on their site, thats because they shut down and open new locations all the time. FLY BY NIGHT SCAM COMPANY!!!

This is the email that I received this morning. Before I called the number which I decided not to do I look the number up and found all kinds of complaints. I just think its really sad and disturbing that someone would do a thing like this. Its hard enough looking for the right job then you receive something like this. There are no words to describe the kind of people that do this sort of thing. I do want to thank everyone for taking the time to report this. I just to thank everyone for taking the time out of their busy schedules to make sure this didn't happen to anyone else. I really do appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Jennifer

Now they are using the name West Coast Alliance and the person that emails you has a ccaea.com email address.
JackiO 2008-08-28 05:30:56 Unknown
I did go to an interview for West Coast Alliance which sent the same email letter to me. I was being pre-interviewed with another person at the same time. The representative of the company fast and smooth talking sales guy. What is the scam? I am confused.
jackiO 2008-08-28 05:00:51 Unknown
Has anyone heard of or work for a west coast alliance marketing firm? I went to a prelimary interview (the kind that is normally done through a phone) I sat with another person being prescreened together. The representative of the company could not articulate his answers to my questions and just gave me smooth talking answers and he was selling and talking up the company. It seemed a little odd. I looked up their website and it was very vague.
Hannah 2008-08-26 22:09:42 Unknown
Yea I just recieved an email too from Rachel at Full Circle. I set up an interview for tomorrow at 3:30. Something told me to look it up, because their method of doing things seemed a bit unprofessional to me. Im glad I did look it up, because I would have left work early to go to an interview that would have been a waste of time. Thanks guys.

Did anyone go to the interview?
dc 2008-05-22 18:39:43 Unknown
I didn't receive a phone call, but I did email my resume to Sun Wave Marketing because of the job description I read on one of the employment websites. I even checked out their website and it looked legit. The next day I recieved two exact same emails-one from careers@sunwavemarketing.com and one from careers@taylormadepromotionz.com. I was congratulated up and down for being selected. It also asked that I call to schedule my interview. WTF?That's when I started scratching my head and started searching the internet. I thought this was interesting http://www.krnv.com/global/story.asp?s=7921361
All these different companies seem to be the same company or affiliate companies. I'm not wasting too much time investigating them. All I know is I won't be wasting time on going to the interview.

I just received an email saying that they received the resume I sent them. I've been writing down everyplace that I send my resume and have not sent them anything. On my email it was someone named Rachel D. The company is now named Full Circle International. As I do with every email offering me work that I didn't apply to, ( which is 90% of the emails) I researched it online. After reading the posts on here I will be sure not to contact them.
Paul 2008-04-08 15:54:02 Unknown
They have indeed changed their name. It is now 6M, Inc. and can be found posting massive amount of job openings on Monster.com and Career Builder, and just about every other job site you can imagine.
They keep changing their name because they are a fraudulent company and it is much harder to track down a company that keeps changing its name. Additionally, it is much easier to sucker people into their scams when they change their name.
This is a scam that is becoming more popular amongst low-lifes. They claim that they represent and do work for charities such as "Toys for Tots", etc. However, they actually have no affiliation with this company nor any other charity. Most of the funds they receive from selling stuff on the street corner (I'm no lying), wind up in their pockets. Sometimes this is quite literally as they will accept cash from a customer and then immediately stick it in their pocket. No money ever sees a charity. Sometimes they will charge different prices to different people for the same items.
People like Christy and Angelica need to be arrested. Stay away from them as they are nothing but liars, theives and a waste of human beings.

I googled this address and came across a very interesting article about this business scam. I too had spoke to Chrissy and our call was dropped. I called back many times and had no voicemail. She called me back and set up the interview. Check out this article and be glad you did not go in: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/314/RipOff0314716.htm
WIT used to be called a different company with the same phone number. They keep adjusting the number...so be alert
Private 2007-11-03 17:14:07 Unknown
I too experienced the same difficulties with Christy. When she called she asked me the same questions over and over. I questioned whether or not she even knew where she worked. Christy was highly unprofessional. The company who uses this telephone number and 877.738.9041 I think work for CCA Enterprise & Associates. CCA is a recruiting company. I received emails from them to schedule an interview with the ccaea.com address and not Sun Wave Marketing. This email included the 877 number for me to call. When I called after hearing from Christy I expressed my concern, and told them I'd contact Sun Wave directly. Needless to say I canceled my interview. There were just too many red flags. I notifed Sun Wave of the concerns but as of yet have received no response. I've contacted the Toys for Tots Foundation in Quantico to verify that indeed these people are who they say they are. One would think if they did promote Toys for Tots that they would have the sense to actually put the Toys for Tots links, and logos on their website. Thats just smart Search Engine Marketing!
Robert Johanson 2007-10-15 05:13:16 Unknown
I too have sent my resume out, and posted it on Monster, and got an email from Sun Wave.
Christy, here's the problem. NO OTHER COMPANY tells an applicate to call in to schedule an appointment for an interview. YOU, as the company, need to make the calls to the applicants if YOU are interested in hiring them.
Your email is fishy at best. It sounds hoaky and unprofessional. It isn't directed at ME, it's clearly a mass email.
Also, when you call the 877 number, there's no outgoing business message - just a generic "Leave a message after the tone." No "professional" company has a blank outgoing voicemail message. Try calling Microsoft, or Dell or Trader Joe's corporate offices during OR after hours... perhaps you'll learn something.

If you don't want a job DONT APPLY, it's simple. I gave you people a call because YOU applied to our company, we don't search for resumes, we don't call every person that applies to us, I understand that there are companies that do that but WE DO NOT, I don't understand why you guys are making me and my company look negative. We are a event based marketing firm, we put together events for non profit organizations like TOYS FOR TOTS, and at the events we promote CHILD SAFETY AWARENESS. That's what we do. There's no gimmick, no paying our company to work for us, no telemarketing, no door to door sales, nothing like that. If we aren't able to answer the phone when you call, LEAVE A MESSAGE! Don't hold for 5 minutes and go on the internet and write a comment, it makes no sense. Our company doesn't just hire applicants, we are on conference calls and working so there is no way we can answer every call 24/7.
Christy 2007-10-02 21:44:41 Unknown
my father owns half of LA???? what the heck??? You applied to our company I called you regarding your resume. I am not a telemarketer and I didn't search for any resume ....... All you people submitted it to our company so I don't get what all the comments are about... simply you submit a resume we called you about it.... no gimmicks we don't do door to door sales we are not telemarketer we work with non profit organizations
Jaime 2007-10-02 21:40:49 Unknown
If your not interested in a job don't be stupid and submit your resume if you don't want to be called about it. your own fault
Michelle, Reno 2007-10-02 16:23:41 Unknown
I too have been applying for numerous jobs and received a response from "SunWeave Marketing" and the email was signed by a Christy Adams . I am leery of this ...
Asaf 2007-08-13 23:33:07 Unknown
Got same message from "Chrissy" who spoke as if her father owned half of Los Angeles. Called back and was just placed on hold for an eternity before I decided to hang up. I applied to several jobs in the past week so who knows what company this is as they don't say in their messaging sstem.
Paul 2007-08-10 18:48:03 Unknown
Had similar results with this number. Except in my case, "Chrissy" left a message but spoke in a way that made it very difficult to understand what company it was that she was calling from. When calling back, I waited for a few minutes to speak to a representative of their HR arm and decided to leave a message instead. I never should have asked them to call me back but I did and regave them my numbers. Now I fear that I'll be shaking them off for weeks to come.
jill 2007-08-07 13:26:58 Unknown
977-738-9036 called me too, but left no message. I thought it might have been a temp agency I'd applied to, so I called back, but the menu did not name what company it was from.
