Just received a call from the 855-315-0695 and automatically looked up the number. I found all of your info and I thank you for it. I listened to the voice mail and called back. I stated that I had looked up the number found them to be scam artists and stated that if they ever called me again I would inform my lawyer, sheriffs department, the BBB as well as another company that I have that goes after these people to the fullest extent that they can and makes their life a living hell. I have had a week from HELL and they had no clue who they were dealing with! Thank you all so much!

July 1 received call from same law firm staying I was to be arrested for bad checks, however did have some old banking info . Requested confirmation of address, ss #

I recieved a call to get in touch with this this person or they would serve papers at my office or the sheriff's dept.

i received a call from Mr.Fuller he left a message...I called back and got mark Anderson they wanted to collect on a loan from pack mangement that i had paid already, the account numbers  do not match what Pack mangement has on file...he didnt want my paid in full letters. he said there still appear to be a balance and it can be settle for $200 his dates that i took out the loan did not even match when i took it it out he was a whole year off ..I contacted Pack management after getting off the phone with them they said a law firm would not call to settle, also she said if they did not have the ID number and could not provide paperwork regarding this loan then they are full of it...I filed a complaint with BBB and my attorney general i suggest you do the same

Scam, they refuse to give me any information on what the penalty was they just want me to confirm my social, address and give them a credit card.  When I asked for their address  I was told no and when I asked them to mail me what I being accused of they said now that was against the law. And then the person who I was speaking to put me on hold and gave me to another person that told me to stop harrassing them.

My supervisor recieved a call from this number stating that I had given them her name and phone number as reference in past calls.  I never spoke to these people.  The caller stated that he would like to know if he could serve me some papers from the Philadelphia County District Court Office at my place of employment.  I asked that they give me their information so I can forward it to my lawyer and they refused. I argued that if this was a legal matter that they felt that i was guilty of that I had the right to forward it to my lawyer for review.  At this point the said that to avoid all this that we could meet a settlement over the phone right at this moment and all will go away.  I insisted that I will not give them anything and that they should either mail the information or fax it to me to forward to  my lawyer.  they refuse... I cursed them out and we went back and forth exchanging unpleasant words.  It ended in me hanging up on them when they refused to give me the lawyer name address, phone number and fax number
