Yes, it is Bank of America's home loan collections department calling you about your past due mortgage. They probably want to help (hence the name, HOPE) you modify your loan so you don't go into forclosure.

Is Bank of America...may be Home modification or it can be to collect past due payments that incurred because you are on hte home modication trial period. BOA is out of control in knowing what one department is doing compared to another. They work against themselves.
