received a call my a Mrs. Olson from the number 877-771-3323, but the number showing up on my caller id was 619-564-6499. She requested a call back. Left no information as to why shew as calling which is a firm indication that she is up to no good.

Some guy named Michael from Absolute Resolutions. I guess this is for some bill I never paid or intended to pay. I have a ton of bills back from the 2008 Obama depression that I had to write off and they are still trying to collect them so I'm sure thats what this is. Oh well.

I sued Absolute Collections and won!  Didn't wait for them to sue me for debt that wasn't mine.

I've received countless calls for someone that is NOT me.  I have contacted them several times asking them to stop calling me.  My bills are paid, I shouldn't have to deal with these constant calls for someone else who I don't know.

I've been getting calls for someone named Rafael who has a Spanish last name that I don't recall, and they also called and asked for Monica with the same last name.  Finally I said that if they haven't reached Rafael or Monica at this number in 2 years, did it ever occur to them that they no longer have this number.  The calls stopped for several months but have started again.  Diane Hudson is calling for Rafael Olade or Olate.  Until today they have just left messages, but today I was home and able to answer the call.  Diane Hudson said my number was listed as a contact number.  I found out that it is Absolute Collections Corp.

This is against the law. They violated the FDCPA Section 804 number 1. You are not their messenger, nor their collector. That is a job they choose. They can only verify your address and phone. NOT to relay messages for them!

This company is violating the FDCPA. They are leaving messages with third parties and wanting them to relay the message. This is violating Section 804 number 1 of the FDCPA.  Thats a big no no!! Let them take you to court then counter sue them.

Daily harassing calls need to stop

You are a "nearby" to leave a message for the debtor. Not illegal...as long as the debt collector doesn't reveal any sensitive information.

Anton Vogel was his name that contacted a family memeber of mines.  DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OUT.. violation of Privacy Act!! They should abide by the law, because this is a law suit waiting to happen.. CLASS ACTION.. shall we? hahaha.. AVOID IT!

Today, 3/19/12 at aprox. 4:45 pm I got a call from 877-771-3323. The guy--Ryan Kelly-- asking if he had the correct number using my last name. Said he was calling from California. He then said he wondered if he had the right address and recited a house number (not mine). He said he was looking for--named a neighbor of mine. I said that was a neighbor, but I had no idea if the house number is correct. I really do know the house number is wrong, but I gave no information to him. He left me his name and number and said he was from Absolute Corporation (conveniently left off the "Collection" part of the company name) and of course asked me to relay the message. Which I will NOT.

They have a lot of nerve calling neighbors of someone about a private matter. Isn't that against the law??
