Don't call it!  Total Scam.  Left message from unidentified # for someone else and when trying to let them know was totally rude and said it doesn't matter they left a message and now it was up to me to locate the person and give them the message.  DON'T CALL!!!!!

some SCAM talking about a civil suit... blah blah they called from an restricted # but gave this one as a call back! DON'T fall for it!!!!! it's totally a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
