Claims to be "Community Wide Federal" today. 2 weeks ago, was something to do with College Network. Keep asking for someone I don't know. Next time I'll tell them "do not call"

Third party collection company that acts as liaison between college network and A+Federal CU. Completely incompetent staff routinely fails to debit loan payments on time. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Reported to BBB.

Got a call from them claiming they are financial services, or Trans Federal Credit Union, or college network, depending on who you speak with.
They wanted my soc #, work # and so on claiming I had an acct with them.
I called back trying to find out more info and the woman that answered was rude and started yelling at me claiming I am the only one that cared about why they are calling or the only one that complained because they asked for soc. #  
this company is a b.s. company and I am filing a police report against them.

calls several times a day.  The automated message says "Hello, Goodbye".  When I call it back it tells me to please hold for a operator.  Then say's invalid entry after about thirty seconds of holding.  Message then says, "Please leave your first and last name spelling your last name, social security number, phone number, and a good time to reach you".  Yeah right, like I would leave my info.  Get real El Stupidos!!!!!

calls EVERY morning but can't figure out who it is!
