Got a missed call

Hey guys I work for the fraud dept. of a bank that is experiencing the same exact charge as you. In our customer's case it was credited back to him nine days later. However, I still closed his acct and issued him a new number. The fraud merch currently has your card number and can charge your card at will. Close it immediately. Just because they gave it back and havent charged you card again, doesnt mean they wont do it a day or a year later.

Same thing  happened to me on 05/11/11 charge to my bank account , then on 05/19/11 shows a pending deposit from same all it shows is onlinecust8778283397MT. When I caught it I called my bank and they cancelled my debit card. When I tried to call the number it has been disconnected. How do you report these people?

This time its a charge of 66.26 from the same number.I have no idea what this is.Luckily i saw my statement.Who are these guys and after so many posts here why is that no one is taking any action about this?

I just looked at my credit card statement this morning and I had a charge for 69.95.  I called the phone number and it's no longer in service.  I had to get a new card and fraud form.  They are mailing it to me.

Hey the same thing happened to me with my Master Card and they charged me the same $69.95 and my credit card it is not from Australia.

Same thing happened to me.. $69.95 charged on the 15th.. ML Visa called me earlier today and alerted me of this scam. They already had suspended my card and after we talked they are overnighting me a new card. Glad there on the ball I would not have caught this until I got my statement.

Same issue going on with me the bank says This charge was made online on May 15th at 11:37 pm............ I WAS SLEEPING.????  It is still pending cant do anything till it posts to my account > : (

Received the same $69.95 charge and was given the same number to call. I called the number and was on hold for about 15 minutes before I realized I was never going to reach anyone. I called my bank and they canceled my card and credited me. It sucks, I would really like to know what type of charge this is and what type of company it is.

Same thing is going on with me. Called the number with no one ever to answer it. Called back an hour later and the number is disconnected. Charge for 69.95 pending on my bank account right now.

They just charged my account 69.96 and it is pending; going to cancel my card and go to the bank tomorrow to have the charges disputed and not pay those people.

Dispute the charges with your bank. They will cancel your card and credit you. The exact same thing is happening to me right now.

i got the same thing. 69.95 is pending from my account as of now.. i have cancelled my card also..who r these people n how did they get our information. i hope they get caught!

It's a scam.  Just canceled my card and submitted a fraud form.
Same 69.95 charge was listed as custserv8778283397.

I got an email confirmation for a product i didnt buy and when i called the customer service number no one answered! Same thing Evan, 69.95 and never ordered said product.  Antone with information, please share with me/us, Thank you

I examined my bank statement and there was a charge for 69.95 from this phone number. I could not get anybody on the phone. I really hope there is a way to get the money back or the company busted.
