I received a call from Eastern Commerce Financial they want to send me a fax paper on Monday.

Imma dumbass that fell for it.  Sent in $1,200.00 ..... they wanted more money,  I said no & I wanted a refund.   :(  How stupid can I be?  I thought I was smarter than that but I guess we all fall for scams sometimes when money's tight & times are hard.  That only made it that much harder.   :(

Are there any updates regarding the status of our loss? Anyone with any information at all?

I have read the listed blogs and am in agreement. As Americans we work way too hard for such a large sum of monies to be released to these scam artists. This is a form of terriorism that needs to be dealt with. Someone is abusing a boat load of money and I hope they choke on every cent of it. I salute every blog I have read - let's stick together and KICK BUTT!!!!!!

i got scammed for 8000.00, u think there's anyway, to get the money back? i believed these people, who would do such a thing to an american? i have lost the money and am sick, that i fell for such a thing.

ok guys i just got information about this issue.....the only way that we can possibly do anything is for ALL OF the people on this 800 blog is to , 1....file a complaint against eastern commerce financial with the dept. of the attorney general in rhode island as well as your own state....the tel. # for rhode island is  (401)274-4400 ext. 2224(Amy Drumm) be persistant.....2....file a complaint with the FBI ...if we all call the same fbi dept it would help more the # is (858)565-1255....they will not pursue a single complaint ...WE ALL NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT OR NOTHING WILL COME OF THIS .....Just remember WE are the ones that got scammed ,and if we dont do this as a whole then nothing will come of this.....DONT LET THE PEOPLE YOU FILE COMPLAINTS WITH DISCOURAGE YOU...IF WE DONT KEEP THE WHEEL TURNING THEN THIS WILL GO NO WHERE.....Any more comments or questions let me know ill keep looking on this blog.....also the state attorney of rhode island has only had 1 complaint.........from me ????remember 1 voice aint gonna cut it.....please comment if you like

WELL KEVIN, I DID SEND THE MONEY, THOSE PEOPLE WERE SO REAL, THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING I THOUGHT WAS RIGHT. NOW 8000.00 LATER, IM THE FOOL. SAID I WOULD GET A REFUND ON 06/10/2010, AND HAVE THE CONTRACT AND REFUND LETTER. STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND. I DON"T KNOW HOW THOSE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT. MY LOAN WAS FIRST GONNA BE 20.000 BUT AFTER I SENT 4000.00 THEY SAID THE LENDER HAD A BETTER DEAL. IF I KNEW OF SOMEONE ELSE NEEDING MONEY, THAT THE LENDER WOULD DOUBLE THE AMT. SO I KNEW MY SON AND HIS FAMILY NEEDED THE MONEY, SO THEY CAME UP WITH 3800.00 FOR THE LOAN. ROBERT PORTER WAS THE LOAN OFFICER'S NAME. THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID THEY NEEDED MORE. I also applied for a loan from 877-838-1489 and sent money as collateral for the loan, was told that i was approved and I never received the loan. My question is is there anything I can do to get my money back.
This really hurts because I could not afford to loose money like that. i spoke with Alan Gibson and a
Leonard Abruton. Their fax machine number was 1-401-429-6131.

I received a call from Alan Gibson stating that I was approved for a secured loan of $5,000 but I need collateral but since I didnt have a car to use as collateral I would need to send the first 6 month payments totalling $800 so me being dumb I did. I had to western union the money to a lady in Jamacia. The day I was suppose to receive the money I received a call from a gentleman by the name of Douglas stating that the insurance company wouldnt write a policy because of my credit so I would need to send $800 more dollars and it would guarantee me the loan but I didnt. I told Douglas that I would like a refund and I was told thats fine your refund date is June 10, 2010. So I left it at. Today June  7,2010 I attempted to contact Eastern Commerce Financial and it stated that there number has been disconnected. I also tried to go to there website www.easterncf.com to see if the number for them was changed but no website was found. I also went to www.bbb.com to search the business and it say that the business is closed. No further info was available. This business is not accredited and I wish I would have known ahead of time

I wish I knew. I did file a report with the attorney general in my state online. But who knows if anything will ever come of it. You know those guys are probably reading all these posts and just laughing their a***s off. Stupid b*****ds. I guess they dont know what it feels like to ruin someones hopes. I was really counting on that money to take care of some stuff. Anyway if anyone has any suggestions on what to do let us all know

1sent 940.00     how do we get money back?

They asked for $800 up front then the lender needed another $800 for a $5000 dollar loan I was told my money would be directed into my account the following day. They again asked me for more money not knowing the hell I went through for the original $16,000. Then they promised i would receive it all back fully refunded including the Western Union fees I paid to send it. I called today to make sure I would still be receiving it and they will not let me through it continues to hang up on me. THese people are animals and they better pray I never find away to run into them. I am sorry to all of you who got burned like me. If there is a way to get them back please post it. I would sue the S.O.B.'s but we can't find them.                   Best wishes to you all !!

I am also out $1000.00 by Ron Campbell of Eastern Commerce Financial... I checked a site on line and it looked ok so I sent the money.... Investor backed out.....will be reimbursed on June 5, 2010....Now what do I do to get my money back????

I fell hook line and sinker!!  Lost 1500.00.  SCAM!!!!  Never send money to borrow money, i'm now paying off the loan on the 1500.00.  I can't find their website anymore and the number i have just keeps saying Goodbye!  I hope their day is coming!!

hello i was also scamed by those b*****ds what should i do i sent then 954 and didnt get my loan that they promished and that money was mine and my childreans rent money i tryed to call then today i never got a refund back please help

my friend here in Hawaii was scammed out of $1200.  She filled out a loan application on line, which requested her banking info.  Two days late they cleaned her account out, accept for $5.  I suspect this is a 419 scam being operated from somewhere in the US.  Monday, my friend spoke with someone there who assured her the mistake would be rectified, instead the # and website dissappeared!

Yes,i just got scam too form these people..please anyone if you will get any info on these people let me know also,lets all get togather and put these people in JAILthats where they belong especially douglous holden the customer service mananger,if i knew about this earlier i wouldnt had sent money,but i was that desperate to get a loan..hope that these people will get their turn and rot  in HELL.
