This Anthony Martelli also contacted me as well, in regards to an old pay day loan - I actually did my research and had paid the loan the prior week with a legitimate company - when I called Mr. Martelli back, he was so mad & pissed that I had more information in regards to my whole situation and had it taken care of - he started screaming at me and told me that when he came after me to sue me he was going to let me know how much smarter than me he was - I started laughing out loud at him and guess what - the big bad a** hung up on me !  I am still laughing at the complete idiot he was !

My call came to my cell phone from 716-239-4330, an Athony Martelli. He left a message refering to a problem with my 35 year old son and also threatened to serve a me summons. I also called the 877 number and asked if an Anthony Martelli worked there and was told he did when I was transfered I hung up but intend to have my local Sheriff's Department follow up.

These  people should not be in business they were pretending to  be process servers but they were calling the wrong person.  I went along with their game and they are totally rediculous asnd are in violation of the FDCPA in every way and they should be shut down

I received a call from this company, they left a message stating that I am involved in a fraudulent matter and I needed to call them ASAP. They called my family as well and told them that they have my ssn, drivers license # and more and that I owe money to a payday loan company. I have no idea what they were talking about, the woman I spoke with was so rude, accused me that I did take the loan out and I told her I didnt? I spoke with an attorney and apparently I had to make an arrangement to pay money, I'm just wondering of its a scam. I asked them to send me an email of all information they had so I can see if the debt is valid I received an email hours later and it was just a statement of the amount and the due date, not what I requested. I this a scam? They are threatening that they are getting me for check fraud but idk. I did take out a loan but paid it back in full. I took another loan out and defaulted on it. This loan amount was for 300 and now it's over 1800 because of interest? They told my family that if I didn't call today a warrant would be out for my arrest and my name would be published in the news paper. Also he told me that no payments were made but later on he said that 3 payments were made on the account.

A message was left on another person's phone where I work and that person happen to be my supervisor, and he became concerned because this call could of gone to anyone's phone in the company. They asked me to deal with caller, until our GM looked on line about the compaints about this phone number and became so concerned that he was going to refer to the company attorney on violations that this caller is committing and reporting to another athority, attorney generals office.

well these guys actually helped me out and saved alot of money before going to court....the judgement was 2934.00 and help me close it out for wat i recieved of 1500.00.

Received threating call today at 7:58 am although close to 8:00 am but still in violation of fair dent collection act. Still no letter verify the debt this is also a violation of the fair debt collection act.

CCM dont pay them anything! its a scam and they are not even in the US. File a report with FTC and the FBI. They are just trying to get money from harding working folks like us. AGAIN DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING! Let them know you know its a scam!!

This company left a rude message with my mother for me to call them about my NFCU bank account...hence the reason for me to call my bank to ask for the details! They told me they have no idea why they would bring up my account with them and that they would look into things. After... I call the number this company had left and it was about a payday loan, which had not been taken care of. I was willing to make arrangements but the guy said he would call the loan office to see if they were even willing to take the arrangement I had suggested. I then stated he should call my cell and if i didnt answer to leave a msg with the details, of course they never called me back until 2 days but didnt even leave me a msg. Do they really think I would call back??? *confused*

Of course, this fool has called my father and again to my employer.

A message was left on a generic voicemail today at the office.  The person made all the same threats and left way too much information on the voicemail.  Talk about violation of privacy.  They surely did.

In addition, when I called back, the rep was so arrogant.  Again, he released confidential information without verifying who I was.

So, how the...did they get the # of my ex ( I've been divorced 20 years! )  I have never given his name or phone # to ANYone! I've been hearing of threatening scams on National news networks. Perhaps this is one?

I am not quite sure if this company is legit yet or not, Investigating it at this time. They claim their website is primecheckservices.com but It comes back not found. I have also filed a complaint with the NY Atty Generals Office I suggest if you have had communication from them you investigate. Also know your rights under FDCPA

I got a call from this number from PCS Tosha Marshall saying I am bring investigated for fraud and criminal theft by deception and that they need my work information to serve me court papers... I got kind of worried.

I think with all these calls someone needs to check on these people some kind of scam because the gentlemen that called me was a Mr Roberts and when I called back never got anyone.  I have reported them to everyone I can so they cannot take people for anything.

This number has been calling my employment and my cellphone.  I have never written checks they keep saying I had bad check.  Dont know who they are or what they are talking about.  I have reported these scandels they are pulling also with Attorney General office so they can continue they will get caught.

This number also called me-Linda Powers, leaving a msg on my house phone. When I returned the call both men were extremely rude and one had the nerve to tel me to drop my attitude-that's when I hung up! I haven't written a check in over 10yrs. I am going to notify the Attorney General as someone suggested and also let the idiots who call know they are in violation of the FDCPA. I bet the phone calls, and their ignorance will stop!

Called about Payday Loans and said that I had called and made arraingements to pay this bill on May 16th and if I did not made some sort of arraingement today by 3 PM court summons would be deliveried to me and the end cost would be over $3000 dollars or I could call back today asettlement for under $200.

this man called me and said that i had taken out a payday loan. my ex husband had taken one out in my name years ago. my ex said he had taken care of it. this man from this number called to my mothers house. so, i called and he said that there was an outstanding balance on this payday loan - i explained the situation about my ex and then i decided to pay off the debt. I told him I would be willing to make small payments every month and he refused and said I had to pay the entire balance. he put me on hold and then came back and presented me with three options. I chose one and then hung up and decided to speak to my ex husband about this.
The next morning he called my mother again after I told him not to call her because she just had a stroke and does not need any undue stress. He then said he didnt call her and that it was someone from the local court in my city trying to serve arrest papers.... If they are looking for me - they should call me directly. I told him to not call my mother and he started yelling that it was not him and that I was dumb because I was going to jail. I told him if I find out that he calls her again  - Im sueing him for harassement. I tried calling him and this number to get information on company to report this harassment and no one answers now.......

Called and left a message for my mother who I am no longer in contact with. Called back and the woman said that she had already talked to my mother which I simply asked her to call the number my mother called from instead of here, but she also refused to give a company name, address, or any other sort of information for me to send a cease and desist letter to.
