I was previously receiving calls from a company called Covergent  877-495 0400. This company is apparently related to ER Solutions. They called every day. Then the calls stopped, now I am receiving calls from Maurice Chambers; only the number listed is 208-779-3259. My experience with the calls is identical to what has been reported by other recipients: hang ups, no message, cryptic introduction. Above all they never identify themselves as a collection agency. I did receive notices in the mail from Covergent who has in the past been related to ER Solutions, outlining my fictitious debt. The creditor was listed as Palisades Collection or LVNV Funding. On the back of the letter is a list of other collection agencies. They operate under the Sherman Companies:

Unfortunately  Maurice Chambers was never listed. I hope this helps anyone trying to navigate this confusing web of disreputable debt collectors.

they called this morning and left no message. I called back and they refused to say who or what  they wanted. They asked for the last 4 of my ss without telling me what they wanted. ....no thank you....SCAM!!!!

They said they were collecting a debt on someone and wanted me to call back but I didn't because I think it is a call back charge scam.

Don't know who they are: no company was mentioned.

they always call and its getting annoying. I answered once and told them to stop calling and they haven't.

Received two phone calls from this number on my cell phone.  Recording asked me to hold, but no one ever came to the phone after 5 minutes.  
They do not have any valid business with me, but they don't give an option for having my number removed from their list.

these people call me phone every 20 minutes never leaves message tried to cal back and get nothing. very aggrivating!!!!!

Statue of Limitations has run out on this debt, however they continiue to harrass me. I am unemployed.  These are rudeless people.

Do not want to be called from this number anymore

I keep getting calls from this # and they ask for a guy name Jack. Well I am not Jack and I have had this number for over two years and they keep call me. I have asked them not to but they keep calling.

No response - no message - annoying!

Got call from these schmucks yesterday on my cell phone while working; it did go to vm; but when it beeped; all you heard was call center echo. Called back when I went to lunch ot be put on DNC; let's see what happens. Also no company introduction when they picked up the phone.

they called at 8:40 this morning when I answered there was dead silence so I hung up. They called back 3 minutes later, I let it go to voice mail. They left no message.

877-845-8282 has called me twice. Once last week in the evening, and the other time early in the afternoon. I let my phone go to voice mail. They did not leave a message either time.

Got a call on the cell phone from this number.  An automated message said they have been trying to contact me about a personal business matter or something to that effect.  They said to press 1 to continue.  I hung up

can not believe this post as this ER company is a collection agency for qwest.

I didn't answer and when it went to voice mail they hung up w/o leaving a message.

This is a collection agency called E.R. Solutions based in Houston, Texas.

I called them back at the same number, politely requested to speak with a supervisor, then asked to have my number removed from their list.  They said they would do so and it would take effect within 24 hours.

I also reported the call to the Do Not Call registry.

They call almost every day. He leaves his name Maurice Chambershead but no reason why he is calling. I blocked his number.

SOUNDS LIKE A CRANK CALL MACHINE CALLS CLAIMING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH ME AND THAT I SHOULD CALL BACK THIS NUMBER

Caller calls once sometimes twice a day, leaving robot messages or when I answer they hang the phone on me.

got a check in the mail they have been calling me non stop i played into their game they wanted meto deposit the check in my bank account then take out 3,800 and money gram it to them and on the last call back i asked them how stupid do u think i am i bank out of what the check they had on there and it was a big scam and he was rude and name calling me out cause he was stuck on stupid cause i called him out on the scam beware they call from a bunch  of diff ones

Filed a complaint to the national do not call registry.

I picked up the phone on the second ring and the person hung up on me! I redialed the number and this is the conversation
no hello nothing she just said
"I need to speak to Kristina"
"she is not here"
"when will she be?"
"she doesnt live here"
"then this is the wrong number"
I said "yes"
She replied" That would have been a good thing to say!"
click she hung up again!!

Message asking for call back... clearly from a large call center as you could hear the noise in the background with NO info on who they were or why they were calling.   thanks everyone for your warning about this number!

Yep, I've gotten calls from this number (18778458282) too, it is ER Solutions. Unfortunately, they either leave a robot message or ring you about every day. I don't even own anyone anything and they are calling for some one who had my number over 2 years ago! I called them and told them 'that person' doesn't live here, but I just stopped getting robot messages, well, for now.
