Ally Financial but answered Redemption Center - When asked to this was she said Ally financial but was not to bright. I asked her a few simple questions and she had no answers. Put me on hold for 25 min. and came back with an answer then asked how to get the vehicle from where it was repoed she said we had to pay first Fax a copy of cashiers ck then they would call us with the information on how to get the vehicle. Something just doesn't seem right.???  The title would be mailed to you in 3 to 5 days but what about the vehicle?? Do you trust a company with so many complaints?? Read the reviews. People on the other line are from over seas. What the hell happened to the United States???? I work for a car dealership that is GM and it's sad to say our jobs have all went overseas.  We should all protest and not buy GM cars.....

Ally Financial (formerly GMAC), refinancing company- working on refinancing a vehicle. I had no problems with them. The assistant on the other end was very cordial and polite.

Got a call from this number on my personal cell phone while at work.  Since I use my personal cell phone for work purposes I answered and identified myself.  Person on the other end asked for someone I don't know so I told her she had the wrong number.  She immediately began to verbally abuse me, calling me an idiot and a liar.  I was so shocked I just hung up.  Now I'm mad.  Would like to give that company a piece of my mind!
