Get real this is a scam and no grace they do not take you court, the client can take you to court but all these people are is a 3rd party agency that has an attny that owns the business, but that is just in name only, nothing else there are LAWS FDCPA LAWS THAT ALL COLLECTION AGENCY HAVE TO FOLLOW, this makes me sooo mad that people fall for these scams yes they do call and scare you that is thier job, but there are actual collection agencies out that the follow the fdcpa and are there to help people not these people they are nothing but desperate people trying to bonus each month before you pay anyone read the fdcpa laws, notate the Mini Meranduim make sure they follow the law if not send them on down the road ANY ONE THAT THREATENS TO TAKE YOU TO JAIL FOR A BAD DEBT IS A SCAM!!! THERE IS NO DEBTORS JAIL THEY DID AWAY WITH THAT MANY MANY YEARS AGO

Greg Jeffries called regarding "legal notification by telephone" and threatend to issue a summons... All debts must be issued in writing with the FACTS.  You have a right to refute any debt especially in the age of identity theft.  These "devils" don't put their threats in writing but voice mails and recorded calls are even more damaging;  juries do not take lightly when these "sharks" are charged.  We need more laws in place to protect us from predators.  

Always demand the debt notice in writing and NEVER pay any debt with a paper trail.  DON'T GIVE OUT financial or bank records.
