I saw it on my bank balance and have no ideal who or what it is.The phone number we called it will ring and then they hang up. Could you please let me know what is going on?

This # keep showing up on my Visa account and it takes money each time,and I have no earthly idea what it is for. Can someone Please explain to me how to stop this.

I JUST LOST IT WITH THE VCOMM PEOPLE CHARGEING  ME FOR SO CRAP I DIDNOT ORDER I CANCELED THE CARD TEM MINUTES AFTER I FOUND OUT WHAT KIND OF JUNK THE COMPANY HAD I WOULD GIVE THAT 'S' TO MY WORST GIRLFRIEND ANYWAY THE 14.95 CHARGE END UP BEING 70.00 I HAD JUST OPEN THAT BANK ACCOUNT TWO WEEKS BEFORE I GOT A HOLD OF THAT CRAZY COMPANY ANYWAY I WAS SO MAD I WANT TO GO THROUGH THE PHONE AND TALK FACE TO FACE WITH SOMEONE I USED SOME WORDS I HAVE NOT USED IN SOMETIME NOW I FEEL A LITTLE BETTER BUT ONCE THEY CLEAR MY ACCOUNT UP I WILL FEEL GREAT.

i WENT ONLINE AND I NOTICED i HAD A CHARGE OF 19.95.  i CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY CHASE AND IT ENDED UP BEING VCOMM.  I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT.  I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A LADY WHO TOLD ME THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN TO CALL BACK FOR A REFUND AND CONFIRMATION.  WHY WOULD SHE OFFER A REFUND AND HOW DID THEY GET MY INFO.  I CALLED CHASE AND THEY SAID EVEN IF I GET A NEW CARD WITH MY ACCOUNT NUMBER THEY WILL STILL HAVE ACCESS TO CHARGE ME AGAIN.  WHO IS PROTECTING US AND HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? I HONESTLY DON'T WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH CREDIT CARDS.  I REAALY DO FEEL SCARED ABOUT ALL THIS MESS.

I got billed for the same freakin thing.....the VCOMM purchase of 14.95 phone number 800-595-8120.......First of all...... i decided to take a different approach, i just nicely told the guy i was wondering who they were and why they charged me and he told me plain and simple he was with some credit company and i said ok yes i remeber signing up....but i cancelled it and he said ok sir well we are seperate from them would you like to cancell with us? and i replied yes sir i would and could you refund the money.....he replied no problem it will be there in 3 to 5 business day and that was that.......so my conclusion is....DON'T LISTEN TO MOST OF THESE PEOPLE "RAISING HELL".......JUST CALL EM UP AND TELL THEM YOUR SITUATION AND BE COOL ABOUT IT, NOT AN @$$ HOLE.......MY PHONE CALL WAS A TOTAL OF 7 MINUTES....o and i was curious as to if any of you actually read the terms and conditions......ya i went back and did that......you mite want to start bc it does mention this "scam"

This also happened to me and I called and raised all kinds of hell.  The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and threatening with telling me I authorized this and they can track the ISP address from the computer it was done on.  I don't care if they can track every move someone makes I did not authorize this and I told her exactly what I thought and now I have checked and 6 charges of $12.95 and 6 charges of $30.00 were all refunded back to me. This even after the woman had the nerve to hang up on me.  If this is happening to you I recommend you call and pitch a fit then they will have someone contact you back (which is the rude ones) and more than likely as they did me they will refund your money. I did not sign up for anything nor activate any kind of credit card with these people.  I think I will certainly report them.  I am tired of scammers!!!!

thank you for the website. after looking further into my account, i saw several charges for this crap!  who is it?  how can they do it?!  i had no problem having them say i will be refunded, so the people that work there must know it's a scam!  i will certainly look more closely all the time!

I recieved my bank statement and saw that $14.95 had been taken out and all it had was the phone number 1-800-595-8120.  I looked up the number and got this site with all the complaints about it.  I called the number right away and demanded they refund my money or I would report them. I did not ever autherize this!  Within a few hours I got an email saying it was refunded.  They need to be stopped!!

Absolute crap! I too signed up for the First Premiere under the premise that it was a credit card. I canceled a few minutes later after discovering that its an online credit website. I was told upon canceling that I would receive no further billing. Then I get a charge from VCOM and had to call and cancel them as well. Im just wondering if I can or should expect a 3rd charge from some other thiefs that are going to rob me as well?!?!?!?

Well I got a $14.95 charge from these people at VVCOM and they said that when I signed up for a credit card that they were part of the offer, but yet when i canceled the credit card offer this didn't get canceled with it? How asinine is that?

I had two charges on my account one from VCOMM 800-5958120 NV for $14.95 and the other from ONLGRA V 888-5736171 NV for $19.95 I called and canceled both ad found out that they were partners with a place I had singed up for and canceled a moth earlier. It was some credit line website and I bet this is what has happen to everyone else who has been charged.

I too noticed that my target card account was charged by VCOMM. The fist charge I didn't notice and it was in september for 12.95 then the second charge was in october for 12.95 then 2 days after the second charge there was a 3rd for 39.95. When I called they told me that I had signed up for some online credit store called First Universal Platinum. I have never signed up for such a thing. I canceled both subscriptions and I will be checking my account daily for any further charges. First universal number is 18005955110 and VCOMM is 18005958120

My fiancé was getting billed for this service and she did not even know it. I called and it seems that when she was doing a credit application online and then asked for debit or credit card info they automatically signed her up for a trial period for VCOMM (an affiliate company of the credit card service) and since she did not know about it when the trial was over she started getting billed.

be on the look out for something called watchdog something also, the lady i talked to also said that people get signed up for a trial of that also.
Be carefull and watch out for other unknown billings!

It has been a nightmare ever since! first they take out that 1.95! then idwatchdog now this 1800 # this is such a ripe off. I cant believe companies can get away with this! thankfully I have quicken and use it for all my trans actions and I noticed it before they take anymore of my money!! people beware!!
