Unknown number to me.

Spoke with "James Scott" - the verification officer who had contacted my client asking for her bank account information to send her money.  I returned the call on her behalf and he said he wanted to "send her a medical card to go with her medical card."  After I identified myself as her attorney, he asked to meet me at a restaurant to be his attorney.  Easy refusal.  He would never give the name of the company.

Same thing is happening at my office! Exact same numbers, both of them! Any ideas? I think it may be Linked In or something like that. Any ideas tho how to get them to stop calling??!

This number has been calling 4-5 times a day.  They hang up when answered.
The caller ID shows a V with 14 numbers after it.  The caller ID changes every time but still the V with the 14 numbers EX: V08200241290000.  Whoever this is is also calling from 1-514-073-1491 with the same caller ID.  So far I've been unable to find out who this is but these calls just started this week.  Extremely annoying.

Wow!  They called 4 times to our office, I answer, no one there.  On the 5th time (I thought it was a call from a long distance client with an 800 number) a foreign gal asked for update on our business listing and corrections then proceeded to try to send me a info packet on setting up a web site for free for 90 days, etc, etc.  I politely told her we are small enough and the nature of our business does not require one.  She would not stop, after about 6 no's and her interruptions, I just hung up.  They need to be prohibited from using the phone!  Hard to get back to focusing on your work with all that frustration!

I have gotten a few calls. Google the phone number and look about 6-7 places down on the history and there is one that takes you to the BBB and will tell you about this company. Basically put number under your list of blocked numbers because it is probably a waste of time answering.
