FYI?Unless this firm employees a Licensed Michigan Attorney (must be a member of the Michigan Bar Association) they cannot initiate a court case for garnishment. If you are a senior or on disability, and your only source of income is Social Security and a pension or IRA, the courts cannot garnish those funds. This also goes for any type of public assistance. Also, if a garnishment is secured, the law states that first $500.00 whether it be in a savings or checking account cannot be touched.

A John King keeps calling, call him tomorrow by 1:00pm, that's all he say, and when u call back the lady that answer the phone got a nasty attitude, that's why its the wrong #.

They have a lady there names Jane Fox she is a real B**** I owed a whole $11.58 and she called 2x while I was out of town, 2nd message said Melissa this is Jane Fox call me back left a number and then said this will not go away, nothing else said. What a joke... All for that tiny amount. You best believe I reported her to her supervisor.

If you have to call them... ask for Patty she is very nice.. this office is quite small only about 8-10 people I have been there to make this payment.

We got a call from "John King". He wants a call back at 1-877-870-6622 by 1pm tomorrow. The caller ID showed up as UNKNOWN. "John King" didn't say what company he was calling from ... "John King" didn't say who the call is for (me? my wife? one of the kids? the dog?) "John King" didn't way what this is regarding.  Why in the world WOULD I call him back? Why in the world SHOULD I call him back? Good bye "John King".  Have a nice life.  :)

Caller ID says Unavailable. Left a recorded message saying that it was important that I call them back before one o'clock tomorrow. Google search of the phone number they said to call them back at was for Mid Michigan Collection Agancy.

Just received a message from John King telling me it's important to return the call before 1 p.m. tomorrow.  Not doing it.  Call shows as "Unavailable" on caller ID too.  Not going to call back.  I don't know who they are or what they want.  They can forget it!  I don't have any debts outstanding anyway and have not had for about 15 years so they can just go away and stop calling me!

Called citing it was for my daughter, and just asking for her to call...she has her own phone and is an adult now...call her yrself.  Lady said her name was Janette but don't need to be calling my phone...am not my daughters keeper!

John king called first just an hr ago. So I call back, and Jeanette answered. She said she is from  mid Michigan collection agency and she referenced what my bill was, how much it was and what it was from. Sadly. I've dealt with MMCA before due to a lost job. Urgh. Just annoying.

I wish these people would stop calling me...I don't want no business outside my business...I handle my accounts my way, and am happy...don't want someone to sell me nothing by phone unsolicited, and I have paid all my debts...these phoney baloney companies don't tell me what to do...the message was from a John King demanding that I phone before 1:00pm tomorrow?  Who the hell is he to demand anything from me?  If I owe someone money, they can come to me direct or sue me themselves...I've had bogus calls before from companies like this saying that I did not pay my medical bills...this is lies and poppycock...I am not going to sit and argue with folks no more!  I have insurance, and my doctors and hospitals know this...trying to collect on old debts...rubbish!  I have no reason to talk to anyone about any thing medical...these folks need to stop wasting good folks time and causing them grief...I heard that once agree that one old debt is valid and you pay for it, and they promise its over...just wait another three months...there will be another...and another...and another...and this bill was never paid...this item was never paid...when will they stop?  NEVER!

Received call from a Patti Smith, stating she needed my to return her call as soon as possible.
Left a reference # for me to use when I cal back. Did not leave a business name or where she was calling from. Pet peave, leave a business name or I will not return the call. I don't know any Patti Smith and do not have any collections accounts that I know of.

I just got my call today - same as all of you - Urgent to speak with me - but left no info just a contact person "Amanda Moore".

doesnt want to say who she is what she wants nor what company she is calling from. she is rude and trys to "belittle" you. needless to say we wont be calling her back netime soon. she has been calling in laws and all kinds of our family members harrassing people asking them where we live, work, what kinds of cars we drive. but refuses to tell people why she wants this information

Same thing, Calls and says how urgent it is that they speak to my husband or my self by 7pm with no Information. I don't call back numbers that can't even tell me what it's about. and don't give me a reference number that doesn't tell me anything either.

They called where I used to work almost 10 years ago and asked for my contact info and if I was still working there.  Then they asked form my families names who still worked there and asked them 101 questions.
