Called again the next day even though i told them no to their offer and that i paid off my account and i was closing the account. They Suck!

Just got my Discover card bill and they added the payment protection charge without my authorization.

The number is now disconnected. Discover (Rip Off) deceivingly get people to sign up for their card and deceivingly get people to sign on to their Card Credit Protection Service.

It is discover card (At least that is how they identified when I answered) - They always call me just before 9 PM. Last time I answered, they are trying to sell something

Discover Card Credit Protection Service. 4 calls between 1/3 and today 1/7. I told them i just paid off my whole Discover Card Balance (which i just did yesterday) because they jacked my rate up to 21% and am cancelling the card (which i will do today).

If there was some way to harness that energy. I could take a two week vacation if had the time and energy back from spam, and calls like these. If it's Discover, why can't they put it in their caller ID. Perhaps it's for those who have cancelled Discover in the past (like me) and are afraid they won't be answered once recognized.
877-883-1959 is just my latest pain in the gulliver, it too shall pass and be replaced by another

I didn't asnwer the call because "Unknown" was on CID. When I googled the number DiscoverCard.com was returned. Must be discover card calling.
