Told that "Bank of America" was suing me and a summons would be issued.  Caller ID did show Washington D. C.

Did anyone discovery who Pual Gauel works for?

same situation as the other stories posted.  Paul Gauel (I had the guy spell his name, I like playing detective) insisted he had to get a situation taken care of or a summons was going to be signed; yet he would not elaborate.  I could tell right off the bat this guy was a collection agency fella, but he was extremely harrassing and threatining so I milked him for as much information as possible.  I also used the 202-465-7112 number posted in the posting titled "Threating Call" to research just who Mr.Paul Gauel was with and his motives.  He is NOT with any legimate law enforcement ageny; he actually works for a cold call type center.  See below details from a search by his 202 phone number was a direct lea to his cell phone.  Phone Number:(202) 465-7112 Line Type: Mobile Carrier:Paetec Communications, Inc. - Dc Carrier Address:  Washington, DC 21043

he called for my brother, who doesn't even live in the country. i called back, they didn't want to speak with me and treathen to have the police look for my brother. anyone have more info on this person or company???

received a call from a Mr. Paul Gallow stating to call asap or have my lawyer call  877-884-3434 call came from
Washington DC  have no idea what this threating call was about nor have I ever been to washington DC. and don't know a Paul Gallow.

Summons needs taken care of before the matter gets out of hand..?? Caller ID showed Washington DC.  Funny, never been near there for a summons to be issued for me.
