After contact yesterday with Wisconsin Consumer Protection I feel confident in handling these calls and others from criminals! If your morons continue calling I will catch up with you like the one off-shore that I ate up, Rodger Ram Jet! Yes $$$$$----class action law suits hey hey hey

Not much info re this company when I did a reverse number look up. That, combined w/ the fact that they are a collection agency, and I don't have any new collection accounts, indicates to me that perhaps the company only recently added this number (or the recently bought my info from another company.
According to the company website, they are "mindful of the fact that [their] clients want all of their customers to be treated with dignity and respect. At ECC, every collector is a trained professional that will make every effort to maintain that goodwill." In my opinion, they fall short of their goal by not leaving any information in their message explaining who they are and why they're calling. Their disrespect coupled with prerecorded voicemail has led me to block their calls. They'll have to behave more appropriately if they want to convince me that I can feel safe enough to return their call.

This is Eagle Collections. They are a very unprofessional collection agency who represents doctor's offices. They will call up to 5x a day, no messages left before finally leaving a message. Terrorizing when you are unemployed, broke & home all day. Very poor attitude when asked if they are hiring.
Their phone numbers used to be out of Racine. Now it's showing Pewaukee. I'm guessing Tina, their night person, works out of her home in Racine.

Refused to identify whom they represent, asked for social, and when pressed, indicated that they had talked to us before. When we asked them to tell us when, and with whom, they said that they would call again, and hung up.

They refused to tell me who they were, claiming I must first provide my social security number to verify who I am.
