They will be persistent and continue to call.  They just don't give up.  They are very annoying!

Well, here we go again.  Just had another call - guy was really rude.  When I told him we knew this was a scam, he got very belligerant.  I told him we had never received anything.  He said they have record of the directory being delivered to us.  I said we weren't paying for anything - 1) we never ordered (he said there is a recorded call saying we agreed to it) and and 2) I told him to show us proof of our ad.  He kept saying we weren't paying for the book, just the ad.  I said show us proof, but he just kept yelling at me that we owed the $699.00 + tax.  I finally got fed up listening to him and said I knew this was just a scam, told him that I was hanging up now and not to call back.  I know they will - just wish they would go away.  Do they think we are so stupid, we can't see through this?  They are persistent, that's for sure!

We have also received a "closing account letter and invoice".  They have called several times. Told them we are not paying and this was a scam.  Also made a complaint with BBB.  That was a joke.  After third response from the company and me BBB said they were closing the file as the case had been dealt with "appropriately".  What the heck does that mean??  Today got another call.  Told them we are not interested and this was a scam.  Will see what they do next.

Got a call from 877-888-0580 stating we had to renew our subscription in the business to business package that I would never have ordered in the first place. Said we had signed up for a 2 year contract - first was free and now the invoice is for $699.95 + tax.  When I spoke to the CSR - I said we did not want to renew and he said because we had agreed to the two for one special we had to pay this time, but when they send the invoice out there would be a letter stating we didn't want it anymore and that there would be no further contact from them.  Well, guess what - got the invoice, but no letter.  Hmm - interesting after reading these posts.  Tried to fax them a note with the invoice, but fax doesn't work!  Tried phoning, but auto attendant said all CSR's were busy and to leave a message!  I left a message - will be interesting to see if they call back!

I also have received the same info.  The guy I spoke with said his name is Wayne Price from Canada.  I was telling him this was a scam when he started speaking over me.  I tod him to have a good day and hung up.

False claim stating that I order service and I never did. Even recieved a fake invoice.. Do not pay them they are a scam!!!

Saying that our company owes for a listing that we do not know about and does not want to speak to our AP department but rather to the owner.

Company claims I have bought their listings, which I haven't, and claim if I don't pay their invoice I will be taken to a Collection Agency.
