Received a call from a Sara Keller stating I needed to call this number for resolution to a civil matter. Stated I have people looking for me to serve legal documents on me at my home or work.Did not leave the name of the company and has called with two different numbers, but same lady. SCUM BAGS!!

They claim to  be a mediation firm (USC) for Ace Cash Express.  They would not give the name of the initials.  Ace indicatetd I had obtained a loan in April, 2008 and had it deposited into my checking account.  When I asked which account, the one they indicated has been closed since 2000.  I have never obtained a loan from Ace cash Express.  They threatened to serve me papers at home or work and take me to court.  They told me I would have to sit there all day until the judge decided to see me.

They have been calling my job for the last three days multiple times and said I will be served tomorrow. I told him why do you have to call me ten times if you want to serve, me go ahead and do it. I just want to know if anyone has ever been served by them.

These people have been contacting me at work for at least a year now.  They keep threatening me with summons and jail time.  I have gotten an attorney and of course, when he calls them, they act as if they are not doing this.  Most recently, a female named Sam Sparks called my employer and told the random person who answered the phone that they needed my information to send me a summons.  Of course, the person did not provide any information to this lady and transferred her to me.  When she got to me, she said she was from the Processing & Summons Division for the State of Texas (which by the way does not exist.  Each county has their own processing)  Anyhow, she said that I was being served with a summons to my home and my job.  I asked her for her phone number so I could look it up.  She gave me the number of 877-889-5413.  I looked it up while I was on the phone with her and it brought this up.  I laughed and said "Just as I thought, this is a scam"  She said "You can think whatever you like but you will be served".  She said I had to contact my "Legal Representative" Eric Neal at the same number above and at extension 376.

Whatever!!  These people are a joke.  They have been doing this for so long and once my attorney files the suit against them, I will be the one getting money!  This is a scam!  They will trick you by trying to scare you into paying them.  Do not pay them a dime.  When you ignore them, they will sell your information off to another sammer and the cycle will continue.  Just ignore them each and every time.  Remember:  "Resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7"  I am resting these devils and they will reap what they sow one hundred fold.

They leave VERY threatening and rude messages, making it sound like they have been to your home and you are going to jail.  They say they are calling your HR. then they need to verify your home and work (which means they have NOT been to your home nor your work). And every time they say "this is your final notice" and very snotty say "good luck" at the end of the message.

Very very nasty woman calls herself "Ashley Pain"
