This person is harassing me. I was told they bought and then the compnay I owed called and siad they do not konw who this is Nationwide compnay is.

Two people who have no immediate connection to me whatsoever received calls from a "process server" saying there were charges in a sealed document which I needed to take possession of.  The number listed was 877-894-4153.  I called and Dan answered when I hit "0" for operator.  It also sounded like his voice on the automated system saying I could dial the extension or "0" for operator.  He informed me that there was a loan through American Web Loan via an Horizons Bank account number and the contact email was some yahoo account with a girls name I won't leave here.  I'm male by the way.  The loan was for 1700 and I need to go in front of a judge.  This does not show up on my credit report and I am still convinced that this is some sort of phishing scam but my tax ID was used last year to file a tax return before I really did, so I'm now paranoid and ultra suspicious of this lawfirm which calls itself "Nationwide Litigation".  Dan was an a***ole who was less than helpful.

a scammer from 610 978 2936, named Steven Jones called and said charges are pending against me. consider my self warned. he told me to call back at 877 894 4153, called my cell and work number. will report this to the attorney generals office.
