I got a message referencing this number today, it was a Mrs. Johnson stating I was listed as a reference for my best friend from high school along with her father.  The lady asked if I could relay a message to them for her and have them call her back with a particular extension and 8-digit case number.

The number the call actually came from as shown on caller ID was 301.223.0056.

I received the same message form this guy .He left a STRONG MESSAGE "THIS YOUR LAST CHANCE I HAVE IDENTIFY YOU AND YOUR JOB SITE. " I have been laid off for almost a year. I hope the next time he calls me , he will tell where i have been working for a year, so i can go ask for my check :)
He also said he was from crestwood mgmt legal.

I received a call from Mr. Vincias (not sure of the spelling)who said he was calling from Crestwood Management Legal Department and that I need to call him back (which I did and got a recording). He said he has verified my job and other information. He is not accustomed to chasing people and this was his last time calling (called during my work hours, of course I'm not answering my phone at work) and that this was my last time to get in touch with him. He said he would start legal proceedings. I don't know what this guy is calling about, but I think it's a crock. The number he provided which must be phony is: 877-896-1246 ext 5260.

caller id as leon  from creswood mgmt he was refered to me. for what? i dont know.

This lady is from CCS Collection Agency. They are already in violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They've been calling my mother in another state telling her they're going to sue me if I don't pay this debt that I don't owe. They've been informed, in writing, to cease calling and they continue to call. We're now recording the phone calls as we told them we would be doing and I now have an attorney. We'll see who sues who first.

Nancy from QPS (? that is what it sounded like on my voicemail) said she had information about somehthing that I had left.  She quoted case number XXXXXXXX and that my response was voluntary.
