I  have been receiving these calls, so I phoned Horizon and was told this was NOT one of their numbers,

Got same call with same call back # and asked to enter conf. #.

They say they are from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and they want me to call a toll free number and enter a 7-digit 'confirmation' code. I'm very suspect because this number is not listed anywhere at the Horizon BCBS web site.
