Do not give them any information at all. This fraudulent company is called ASC. It is a scam and they will attempt to get you to pay the money via threats of jail time, calling your employer or even coming to your house personally. They call from hundreds of numbers and use very common names such as Johnson, Taylor, Smith, Cooper, Anderson, etc. They will not give you any info about their company and claim they have not website or that it is private information. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General in my state, FTC and the FBI. The FBI has information on their fraud page regarding this scam. They also may have information about your relatives including names and phone numbers. They may try to contact them and tell them you will go to jail for check fraud or something similar.

Do not entertain their calls. File the complaints. If they continue to call, they do not like to be questioned or told they are a scam. They amp up their efforts to call people around the holidays. They may lay off for a period of time but will call again. They have very personal info about people such as name, DOB, SSN, address and DL#. Appears they have hacked into something, stolen the information or stumbled upon it somehow.

Check out "ACS scam" on the internet.

They have called me several times, most recently today. Every time the same lady with different names.
