Has called our work # 3 times, denies it is a sales call every time, can only understand a few words due to accent. Was asked to not call again, but has ignored the request.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) company offering to push my company's web page to the top of Google and Yahoo web searches.
Thick, almost indecipherable accent, lots of voices in the background. It's some kind of outsourced phone bank.
Maybe they do great work, but they hired amateurs.

Obviously a telemarketing call....they called my cell # at 7pm (dinnertime!), two times, one right after the other, and didn't leave a voicemail. Not a number I recognized so I didn't answer, but if my bank calls or someone like my credit cards, cable, whatever, they always leave a message.
