Received a call from 8779575062.  They didnt leave a message when my voice mail picked up, but i could hear a man in the background saying he was calling from a law firm. Didnt hear the name.

I moved to a new area of town about 3 months ago, and my number changed. No sooner than I move in to my new home, I started receiving calls from this company. It is my understanding that they are scammers based in Panama. At any rate, they kept asking for a particular person, I continued to tell them that I didn't know the individual and to quit calling my home. Yesterday, I received a call once more asking for the same individual I didn't know. I told the guy one last time to quit calling my home or I would contact the attorney general and police to make a complaint. He got smart and started talking a bunch of bullsh*t. I cussed the SOB out and hung up.

im hopeing this is a scam i have done research and its looking like it is.. these people are asking me for money for a loan that was unpaid. 300$ they called my mothers job and wont stop calling me a nd harassing me ..

This company is a total scam. I have a PI working on where they are calling from so I can sue them for violation of collection laws and defamation of character. Please keep calling me. I have saved all your messages as evidence.

this is trash, got the same text from 32075, do they even have the right to do this?  is this illegal? wtfk are these people? i don't owe anybody anything! wish i knew where they were located so i can go talk to them in person. want to see how tough they are in person.

i got the same message at 9:25 am today, and my name is hudson.

left me a text message, I have returned calls to all these numbers requesting a copy of the original note and they never send them, I have turned over all voice messages and now I will take the text message to my local DA office and turn it in.  I have also called and given they same to the Attorney General office in mystate, do not give any personal information to these people they are not a legal company.

I just received a text from the same number stating the exact same things.  How can these low lifes be stopped!!  They need real jobs.

This is the 3rd incident in 3 weeks where someone has tried to contact me giving false claims and wanting money! Some said it was a check Loan and that I was committing fraud and would be prosecuted. (I haven't had a check loan for 10 years) One called said they were my water company and had personal info and stated I owed $341 I had just paid off my Water bill last month and new it was wrong. They said I left a little on the bill and I was charged 2 late fees of $41 which still wouldn't have made it that much so I said I didn't have the money and would call back on monday. When I called my water company PA American water I found that noone had called from them and they launched an investigation. Today I got the Above message on my cell. I think someone has sold our Credit Bureau info to some criminals who are skilled at making us think the are credible creditors. THEY ARE NOT. Never pay any of them when they call. Call your individual bill numbers. Penn Power call their number, Pennsylvania American Water call their number. Never call back these scammers. If you have bounced a check call the place you bounced it at they will give you payment instruction NEVER give your account info from someone who cold calls you and it comes up as 000000 or anything that is unfamiliar.

I too received a text from 417-82 stating we appreciate your busy schedule; however, we ask that you contact 1-877-957-5062 regarding a claim attached to your name and location information. I called the number back and the phone rang about 7 or 8 times, then someone who claimed they're a Mr. Hudson needed to know if I was the person they were looking for. I said no. Then he stated so you're not this person, I said no. Then he replies, you must got her cell phone number. Then he proceeds to grunt. I then hung up the phone. This same person has called my job and left his name and a message saying good luck. This is completely illegal for them to do so.

I just received the same text message from 417-82.  In the past few weeks I have been bombarded with different number calling my cell and not leaving a message.  I have been googling the numbers and have found the same information over and over, scammers trying to collect personal information with the threats of filing restraining order or threatening arrest if you don't pay them the amount they claim you own.  This is called extortion!  I have spoken to one of these people and they claim they can't produce the documents to validate the debt nor tell you who is making the "claim".  I keep a close eye on my credit report and actually checked it yesterday.....I found nothing out of the ordinary nor any inquiries in the last year.

I received the very same text message a few minutes ago and have received many phone calls.  I also do not have any claims or outstanding debts.

Received a text message same as BC from 41782 telling me to contact the number 8779575062 as I have something attached to my name and asking for requesting location information. Same with me, No claims against me that I am aware of.

I am not calling this number as I have NO claims against me.  Reading the previous report, it is obviously a scam or phishing.

This is another idiot posing as a "collection agency" or as a "law firm" stating that they had papers against me. Or they say they have a restraining order against me. I learned from a police detective to google the ph# in question. This number does not show any results. THEN I listened to the voice mail further and the recording gave me another # 716-253-6052-----cell phone. I have been getting several calls they claim they have papers on me , but they fail to produce them! I have called BBB and other financial business with the government and of course the police. So beware idiots, I have had several calls from several agencies that claim they have these papers. NOT ONE PIECE OF PAPER HAS BEEN PRODUCED. GO TO THE DEPT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS FOR YOUR STATE.  THEY WILL CONTACT OTHER AGENCIES AND SEE IF THIS IS A LIGIT COMPANY,
