This number is from Canadian Tire Mastercard Options. Most likely they are trying to reach you to sell you some of their insurance package for your credit card.

Last time i got this call, i told them i wasn't interested. The guy asked for what reason. After I told them again that i just wasn't interested, he said they would call me later! They tried calling me again and again day after day but i never answered again!!!
