did the same with me, but I hung up on him, could not understand what he was saying

Getting about 3 calls a day for the past few days, never leaves a msg, got "unable to complete call as dialed" msg when I called back from landline.

Called me 3 times today (2/26/2013). First time around 09:00, second time around 11:00, and third time around 14:39. The third time was when I picked up. A guy name Steve (with an Indian accent) called regarding my computer. I said "What about it?" Then he hangs up on me.

Are calling repeatedly and leaving no message.
