This place called me, they identified themsleves as Capitol Solutions, and when I called the number back, that is also what the message said. My personal belief is that they are a collection agent trying to collect a debt of some sorts. In my case, I was in a dark place in my life when I took out a payday loan to make ends, and the company went out of business before I could totally solve the issue with paying them back. With my phone call, they left a voicemail on my home phone saying that he was with the county Sherriffs office and was going to deliver a summons if I did not call him. I called and set up arrangements with them, which it appears they have broken. Not sure whether they are legit or not. I am using a prepaid credit card to pay them off, if indeed the money is going to the old payday loan, so they can not get me for more then I see they need to, but they seem to fishy to me to continue the agreement. I think I will take my chaances with the summons.....

This person called and left me a message that he had 3 counts of financial fraud against me, and he would be sending me legal documents either at my place of employment or at my home.  I have done nothing fraudulent, but had loans taken out in my name and social security number two years ago, which are under police investigation at this time.  What is this place????

They called my Aunt and left a message saying they were going to file a formal complaint and take legal actions.  The person did not say as to what the subject of the matter was.  They called themselves "National" however, there is no such thing online when I researched it using the number that they called me on.  They left a name "Steven" and an extension to call them back on 178 however when I tried calling back the person's voicemail stated he was a "Kevin" I tried multiple times to call them back through regular means but no one seems to answer. It is always a voicemail.  Very fishy. . .
