never subcribed to this service.  telemarketer refuses to stop calling.

Same experience as many others.  They would not renew the promotional rate or even come close to the rate they offered me ($ 240 for three years).  Their current fee structure  is extremely pricey for three years.

XM radio,  I canceled my service in January, they  wanted almost 700 for 3 years.  I had also blocked them from my credit card so they could not automatically renew, good thing because they tried in March.  They are now calling from this number 3 times daily trying to "update" my information, meaning get my credit card number.

I tried to return call, recording stated caller is unavailable!! WTF! They called me, and now they don't want to talk to me when I called them back?

XM sucks and I'm sirius.
They started calling twice a day to try and get me to enhance my service. Then I was told that it would take up to 60 days to stop the telemarketing calls.
I told them it will take 60 seconds to cancel my service. Which I did. Now they are calling to "get me back".

XM radio..........stating that amount is owed on account, problem is I do not have, nor have I ever had XM radio.

XM radio calling   . Hey I want the $24.00  special for 5 months .  That's great. I will ask for it, or I'll tell them I'll cancel them. My   sub. is expring soon.

They told me my bill was past due. Never had it, dont want it, never will. Tried to call # back to verify was automaticly  disconected.

I cancelled by phone yesterday after 5 years and was told that's all I have to do.
Now they are bothering me with phone calls?  I have caller ID, so I do not answer.
I also am enrolled in the Do Not Call list and will report them.

i get these calls from XM every 4-5 months. they always offer me a 5 month trail for round $24.I've been doing this for the past 2 years. that's around $55 a year.

I've been getting calls from XM.  DON"T RENEW unless they give you the $75 deal!!!

I just dropped sirius/xm and it was because of their s*** customer service.  Now they want to talk???

Thank you!  I am sure you are right!  I am due to renew and they get desperate when you don't.  They called me last year and got me to do a year for $75!  Like half off the normal price.
