Received a voicemail from an unknown number. Said they were with the US Illegal Dept. (?), left me a complaint number and stated it was for check defraud to a financial institution. Caller stated I would be served to my place of employment or residence, but because I had a small balance, they were giving me a courtesy call before serving me. Name left was Linda Johnson. Did search for "US Illegal Dept." and it does not exist.

this people arecalling my job the say that the going to sue me for not paying a payday loan . i live in NY state and i understand this companies are illegal. how can i deal with this people who are a fraud ?
