Red flag for sure!!  I just hope they get shut down whoever they are

If they were legitimate, they would have no problem giving you their name and address - also they would not refuse to send a debt validation letter (per FDCPA).  So yes - they're scammers.

If any one suspects or knows if the first calls on behalf of Friedman and Associates is coming from AKA: ACS collections.  Please message me here and let me know.  Because as I stated before, one of the ladies that calls from the Verizon phone  sounds like Janice Dicxxxxxx from ACS collections ( also pretending to be a deputy processor for this company as well).

This response is not valid and I suspect from company placing calls.  Please provide physical address of Freidman Associates so that if valid the rest of us can ensure it is not a scam and respond accordingly.

These are calls coming from workers in "the field"!! They claim to be deputy processors.  Don't buy it.  Any deputy processor will not call you from a phone that doesn't accept call backs.  None of these numbers accept call backs.
I suspicion the lady that calls from the 3142662604 number sounds identical to a lady that calls herself Janice Dickxxx  from ACS collections??? Very strange indeed.

Good for you HH!  Anytime a company outright refuses to give you their physical address that is an automatic red flag!!  Also the sad part about it is I suspicion that they are using the real Friedman and Associates name and its fictitious!!

I reported them to the FTC as well.  I also spoke to a lawyer who told me it sounds like a fake company.

Just reported them to the FTC with all the corresponding phone numbers.  They can subpoena and address. I hope they get busted!!!

Apparently they are pulling up numbers from a verizon network:  6463510508  New York, NY, then 3522054806 from Lake City, Fla. , then 3142662604 from Ladue, MO which is St. Charles co, MO(St.Louis)!! So...

Yes it is supposefly Friedman and Associates 8882178720.  The phone call I got before the hand was: 3142662604.

There is this prelude a lady that states she is so n so says she is a deputy processor for Mack Investigations in  Kansas City! However I traced her number to a Ladue, MO which is St. Louis co.!!  She tells me that I am being charged with charges but claims they are "sealed" ha! She proceeds to tell me to call Freidman and associates supposedly a law firm?? @ 8882178720 got scam written all over it!!  I will file harrassment charges as soon as I find a physical address!!

Yes, they called me from a cell phone #646-351-0508 and harrassed me at work!  Asked me to call this #888-217-8720.  I am going to get their mailing address and file suit.  Would no even give his name or company.
