DONALD some of these people involved in this SCAM have no debit nor have ever taken out PAYDAY LOANS! I believe you work for these scam artists if you took a loan out and never repaid it then why are you calling everyone else thieves with out including yourself? Do your research people before agreeing to make a credit card payment via telephone through a company that will not provide the paperwork to you prior to payment. Then if you are scared call the higher ups to find if anything and everything you can about a compnay! Donald you are a thief!!!!!!!!!!!

IF I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID AFTER I WENT TO COURT THEY WOULD HAVE TOOK IT OUT MY PAT CHECK !!!!  WOW

Here is the deal people, I also got a call from Valarie Thompson saying that she worked for a mediation group representing my county. Well I don't believe her threats about me being charged with felony fraud and breach of trust, so I made a few phone calls myself. The first call I made was to my states attourney general and they said it was a scam. The next call was to the federal trade commission and they said it was a scam. Then I called the bbb and they also said it was a scam. Then I call the clerk of courts in my county and they had never even heard of Valerie Thompson or USC mediation, yet Valerie Thompson said they worked for my county. So then I called Valerie Thompson back and told her she was not getting a penny from me. She then went on to make threats and didn't want to talk about all the people I have called at this point. So I made one last call after hanging up with her, I called the FBI, and guess what they said. SCAM. So I am gonna give her another call today and everyday from now on to harass her like she did me. So please don't anyone fall for this scam and if you are not sure just make some phone calls and check it out for yourself

Left a message, not only at my work number, but at my cell phone regarding coming to serve me at work for an unpaid bill that I was never contacted about.  Said if I didn't pay over the phone at that moment, they would make sure that someone came to serve me at work within the next 10 minutes, even though they are supposedly in Washington State & I am in KS.  When I contacted them back, I was informed that their office didn't make outbound calls even though they had left a number for me to call them back at.  How else would I have gotten the number if they didn't call?  Not sure what there is to be done about contacting someone at work, but really not happy about how this company handles their matters.
