The toll free telemarketer from India has a new number.  All phone numbers are provided to them by a company in the midwest.  Since that company is in the US and knows what is going on maybe someone should go after them?

Vitelity Comm in Denver is the VoIP Network provider that owns the numbers that keep showing up on the caller ID for all of this telemarketer's toll free numbers.  Can't believe Vitelity doesn't know what these guys are up to.  There is a website that tells you if the numbers are In Use and who owns the rights.  Vitelity has shown up as the network on every toll free number so far.
