I keep getting the same call and everytime I ask for a manager they hang up on me they are completely rude.  Ashley carter, lisa I don't know her last name and some tyrie girl not sure of her last namr either they said they will get more money from me from court and they are pressing fraud charges against me I guess ill wait to see if I get served . Said they were from ncr wouldn't give me an address

i got the same call and called them back...i have called them continually and explained over and over that i know they are scammers and breaking the law...trust me they can't handle the truth so now they are hanging up on me...in the meantime i'm discussing with an attorney to file charges against them

I got a call from a man yesterday telling me that I would be served today. Then about 3PM today I got a call from a woman stating she would be stopping by my place of residence and employment. same thing as you guys, they keep calling from a restricted/blocked number.  First flag is if this was a REAL situation they number would not be blocked. They make random calls to get a reaction out of people. That reaction is to get you to call their number and either they don't answer or if someone does answer they give you another pack of lies. if you speak to someone, demand to know who has filed this ( so called) claim against you in small claims court. They usually avoid answering.  Tell them it is your right to know who has filed a claim, what was it filed for and how much. All I got was from this person was a whole lot of attitude and threats, then hung up on. So I called them back, she pretended to be someone else ( different name). I asked to speak to the supervisor, they declined. I insisted to see the documents ( via email or postal) they claimed to "drop by and serve me with".  They refused. She kept asking for a payment to resolve the issue, to settle " out of court"...Right!!!! ... Okay, like I didn't see that one coming....lol  Anyway, so we played this out for a little bit, the woman grew angry she wasn't making progress with me and hung up again. So I called back and stated that I was out of courtesy giving them one warning to remove my number from whatever scam they were running and do NOT make the mistake of calling it again or I would purse "REAL" legal harassment charges on them and that they could count on. Good luck everyone, sorry you are having to experience this as well. Just whatever you do, don't give in, they are scamers! : )

Did they ever show up.?  I also received the exact same phone call.  ...saying they were serving me with a legal document tomorrow to take me to small claims court.  I guess I too will see....curious to know if they showed up with you.

I keep getting this call as well and it is not for me or anyone in my household.  She is saying "Greyson" instead of "Garrison".  She has left three messages and it is the same name she says.  She states that her name is Brenda Johnson.  Also the number that comes up on my phone is restricted.  Says that she is stopping by our house today to serve a "Brian Greyson" with a small claims court docs.  Getting tired of this.  WE shall see what happens I guess...

just got a call today from a restricted number leaving this 888 number in the vm along with a reference # of my case. they state they are coming to my home tomorrow between 12-5 and I should be available with a current ID to serve me small claims court docs. we shall see.

It's all an attempt to get you to call them back so they can harass you!

Nothing happened

Anything happen?  I got a call today.

This number said they were from the claims office of NCR, which stands for National Claims Resolution.  Said they were going to serve me tomorrow.  We'll see...

  When I called this # , lady said she is from the litigation dept for Mycash.com.    When I google the # , there is no such number listed! they call me as a blocked #...

called with a message saying they were going to serve with a certified letter of intent....call came in as anonomys.
