I had the same problem.  I looked up the Allstate Motor Club online and called their toll-free number to ask for removal from their call list.  The girl said it would take 20 days.  At least it should stop at some point!  The number I called is 800-998-8697.

do not want this telemarketer calling my cell phone, it is costing me money. I don't want the services, goods or their sale pitch.

you can even blacklist a community of numbers   refering to the post by the above poster

look into ooma service   they allow you to blacklist telemarketers ,call screening ,number routing to a diconnected tone and lots more features

They're scammers pretending to be Allstate. I know because I already have Allstate, yet they call and say my name anyway. Also, they call me by Mrs., even though when I call the real Allstate on a different number, they call me by Ms./Miss, because it says that I'm not married on their records. Lastly, Allstate only calls from one number in my area, and it's NOT any of these.

They never leave a message, and I think it's a phoney call-back number.

STOP CALLING ME! Not interested! Wasn't the first time, not interested now...

I just called Allstate here in Seattle (I am one of their customers) and complained about their telemarketing calls. I asked them to remove me from their list.  She told me that they will add my name to their list of people not to be called.  If I still get calls, within a week to call her back and she will give me their 800 number that will definitely take care of this.  Hopefully, that will work.

This is the 9th unknown number that calls me.  I did not answer it because I already know it's a telemarketer.  Why waste my time and cellphone minutes?  After about the 7th or 8th ring it automatically hangs up without leaving me a message.  I just add this number to my "do not answer" list.

Call back the number and when the mechanical voice comes on say you want to be on the do not call list.  It will then go through the process.  Says it takes 30 days.  With the new law that's going into affect these calls should stop as they will need a written authorization to call even if they do business with you (so make sure you look at your policy when you renew to be sure  you aren't authorizing these calls)

According to their TV ads, it's a free membership period.  You still have to pay for whatever service you receive.  The only part that's free is the phone number you call to get the service.  There is no time limit.

A call from 888-259-0177 did not leave a message.

Allstate telemarketing for roadside assistance.  If you do business with them i.e. have insurance through Allstate they can get around the do not call list.  Call your agent and ask to opt out of the Allstate marketing list.
