To deal with these scammers simply tell them that when they wake up in the morning and look into the mirror, they know that they are a loser because they are nothing but a scam. Give them the same s*** that they give you. They will tell you something like go to hell and they will hang up. They will quit calling until your number gets drawn again out of their little lottery system that they do. They ARE NOT real investigators, they cannot and will not come get you so feel free to give them as much hell as they give you! Have fun with it!

Got a vm from Daniel Watts saying I must call 877/278-5268.  I called and it was a "law firm".  The girl said there was a warrant out for me for fraud and it was going to the D.A.   Guess what?  I work at the sheriff's department so I told her this was a scam and she hung up on me.  Now I've received a call from Dan Burns saying I must call 855/880-7672. I called and got a rude man saying he worked for UCG but would not give me any details.  He said they are filing charges.  I looked them up on the internet and there was nothing that matched the phone number.  Then they called my employer and left a detailed voice mail message.  I got questioned by my supervisor.  Not only is this false, but it's embarrassing to have them calling my place of employment and leaving a detailed message that they have charges against me.   I complained with the FTC.    I can put up with them leaving messages on my cell, but for them to call my employer and leave this type of message is totally unacceptable.

I received a phone message at my home from unknown number 0000, they identified themselves as Ronald Bates.. But didn't say what company., message was... I have papers to serve you either at your home or place of employment... if u have any questions please contact your plaintiff at 1866 322 7498...

received a call from 000-000-0000...did not answer....they left voice mail saying "this is Ronald Bates and I have papers to serve you at your home or work....call 866-322-7498....I called and it says "Barker Healy & Associates"  WHO IS THIS?   I do not have any unpaid debts or legal problems (not that I know of !!!)

Got the calls,talked to people at this number and they want money from someone who doesn't live here.Called many times and when I asked them to stop that they had the wrong number,he laughted at me and said he would call until he got his money. I then called the Federal Trade Commission,my states Attorney General;s office was told IT IS A  SCAM.Try not to answer the phone.They can do nothing without an address but did file a complaint. Don't let them get to you. You have done nothing wrong.They are bottom feeders and scum.and will get their just rewards someday.

My wife received the same message that has been repeated in this thread.  Clearly, this is not a legitimate entity; and, I don't believe any information should be given to them

i keep getting phone calls now for a week straight  that i need to get ahold of daniel watts immediately or i was gonna be served papers.

I got a call from them today but the number they left was 877-278-5268. I am a Collection Manager and if you are a Debt Collection Agency by law they cannot disclose the nature of the call. In other words they violated Federal Law. Everyone who got a call from them needs to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. You can do that on their website.

This company said that they were calling from Barker and Healey Associates on behalf of a Daniel Watts. They stated that they had a summons to serve me for a felony on a credit card. They had all of our information such as DOB, SS#, Current Address, Old Addresses, the different names I've used, etc... When I was talking to them, they used foul language and hung up on me??? I called my Bankruptcy Lawyer and they are gonna research this. Best thing to do is file a police report with a print out of this website to show them that it's a scam. Maybe the police can do something about this???

I have called all number that have been left on my voicemail this past week by Daniel watts and no one answers. I just get misc playing for 30 minutes. Its all a scam. No one pay attention to this u need to be served.

I have recently have been receiving call from a blocked number. Of coarse I do not answer, but it leaves a message stating that Daniel Watts has papers to serve me and they want my home address or job address so that I can be served. They only say my first name but no middle or last. Then they leave the 888 number and hang up. My husband believes its a scam (identity theft or a way to sale me something to suck more personal info.). Is there anyone else that has this problem. I tried researching the name and it seems to be an author bythat name. But iI will continue researching.

One of my employees had the same call (had been getting several a day) and they told her she had written a bad check to a pay day loan company that she had done business with several years ago and they were issuing a warrant for her arrest. They had an old address and other personal info so she thought it was for real. She gave them access to a debit card but told them it would be tomorrow before she got paid. Her son researched, found this sight and told her it was a scam, she notified the police and they are saying it is a scam, and have posted it for our locals to report any calls. The bank closed her card and will monitor her account, she was very lucky they did not get her money, but it is scary because they have so much information on a person. DO not give them any info and report them to the authorities

its been 2 days i have been receiving calls from this # and no one answers when i call but i know its a scam and do not apreciate it

I received the same thing but the lady I spoke with said I had a warrant for my arrest and that they were going to extradite me, and I had a payday loan for a bad check!!! When I questioned her she started yelling at me!!! Not sure what is this but its not cool at all. Daniel Watts was the person they named and the telephone number also comes up 877 2785268!! Be careful !!!

They are calling from New Delhi India. Do not give in to this scam. The problem with these people is taking advantage of the hard working American people.

We have just began getting the same call. I call back and no one ever answers the phone. nor have I ever been served with ANY papers, or has anyone had reason to serve me with anything! Not sure who or what this is, but if anyone gets a physical address please post it, as I would LOVE to show up with my husband who is an attorney!

I keep getting messages on my home phone from Daniel Watts for an unintelligible computer generated name that is not myself or my husband.  I try to call back and they NEVER answer.  I have googled both the "Barker Healey and Associates" to no avail, also the "Affinity Processing Solutions" to no avail.  They have a wrong number.  I have left messages for them to remove our number.  Not sure what else to do.

I started getting this call at work since Monday same guy Daniel Watts, automated message, yesterday they left the 888 # and today he left a 877-278-5268. I know i do have some debt i wonder if it is something about that, but like this other girl said why dont they just serve me the damn papers and stop calling!

It's always an automated message. When I called the number I was told thatwas calling Barker, Healy and Associates. I googled the name but I didn't come up with anything. I left a message telling them that if someone is going to serve me papers than they need to serve me papers and stop calling.

No one answers the phone when I've called, so I don't know who they're trying to reach. The number they're calling is an IT Support number at our company. Calls have been arriving from "Daniel Watts" almost every day for a couple of weeks. Just to be on the safe side, I registered the company's number on the Do Not Call registry. Pretty sure that this is a scam or a phishing/identity theft attempt.
