I received a call from USC from a guy named Eric Neal, claiming that he was calling about a case of fraud that he was bringing against my daughter. The number he left for me to pass on to her was 855-211-0497, ext 376.
Mr Neal told me that my kid borrowed $300.00, but now she owed $500.00 I called him back and told him that I was turning his phone over to the police. He started screeming at me and told me not to call HIM again. I plan to carry this to the Attorney General of Maryland.

I received a message on my phone from someone calling himself Ted Thomas from Hot Springs County stating that I had a complaint for a hot check.  He stated that per the telephone call I was officially being served and that he needed an address from either my work or my home so that he could process me.  He stated that I had the write to call the plaintiff at 1-888-267-0956 ext 353 with USC in the State of Arkansas.  I haven't had a checking account in almost 7 years.

I received a phone call last week by a woman who said I needed to call 1-888-267-0956 and speak to my case worker Mr. Eric Neal Ext. 376 case # 233177.  She said it was about a returned check and that the police were going to arrest me if I did not take care of it.  I called the # and left a message on the voice mail.  The man called me back about 5 minutes later stating he was with USC and that he could work out a payment using a credit card for $100.00 or even $50.00.  I told him I had no credit card and that I was unemployed and disabled.  He said I needed to call him back the next day and give him the Debit card # I could purchase at Wal- Mart.  I asked him if he did not understand what I had just said and then he said an attitude will not get you anywhere you Redneck.  I very loudly told him what he could do and hung up.  He called back and said what did you say to me and I again repeated myself and hung up.  He started calling back every 5 minutes until I disconnected my phone line.  I received another call today from a woman wanting to know if I had worked anything out with the mediator at USC.  I told her no and she said she would have to go ahead and file the paper work for a summons.  I told her to help herself.

Recv'd a very threatening call from this number for fraud charges being brought against me. Will not call them back as this is second time I have recv'd threatening and harrassing phone calls from this business.  I will turn them into BBB and my state atty general. This is illegal and if it continues, I will sue them for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

so what did she say and what was the outcome?  I got the same call, but not sure to call back and won't have someone screaming at me for sure...

I got a call frm this number, stating I was going to have fraud charges brought against me if I don't pay this debt. So when I called back They gave me an address I live at 10 yrs ago & they told me my SSN #.. The lady "Sarah" literaly screamed at me. stating I owned over $770 to Advanced America.
